I ordered some goods and the order was marked as delivered but never arrived.
I had to re order the order which has now been stuck with evri for a week.
Customer service doesn’t want to do anything about it. Horrible service.
Really poor customer service and awful courier
They use Evri for delivery. My order was stuck in an “out for delivery” abyss (still waiting.) when I contacted Cotton on customer service (because Evri will only deal with the original retailer) I got a generic “please check the courier tracking, it’s out for delivery”
So, here I am, no delivery, out of pocket and 2 useless companies that can’t be bothered to help.

Very poorly packaged items, were broken on arrival. Contacted them multiple ways with no response. Avoid!!!!!!!!!

Abysmal. Placed order, waited a week, no updates. Used webchat, after a significant wait was told the item was out of stock. No communication - if I hadn’t chased, no idea if or when they’d have notified me. Asked to cancel the order - was told I’d get a refund confirmation and a gift voucher straight away. Nothing. I will never use this company again. Never in my life have I had to deal with so many issues trying to get 4 items delivered as a gift. They are a waste of time, so think twice before you order from them.
I ordered my items standered delivery,then when the items got to my daughter the whole order was another persons order inside the parcel. In the first instance I got a reply quite quickly, the customer service person acknowledged appologised and was offered to resend the items. Then when the second delivery came, only 1 of the 4 items came in the second delivery. It then took this company 4 days to respond before someone came back onto me. No apologies or explanation as to what went on, or even an offer of a refund, because at this point I'd completely lost patience. I felt the second person that delt with me could not given a dam about the fact I'd been trying for days to get a response to sort my issues out. My daughter it still waiting for the parcel to come of the remaining items, or will she get someone else's items again?will it even come?who knows. I'm at the end of my tether, so please think twice before using this rediculous company.
I can see why a company like Amazon make so much money now, because at least they can actually deliver items and fulfil orders that you've actually ordered.
Absolutely ridiculous
Absolutely ridiculous. Ordered a notebook and pens, nothing too fancy, paid for the quick delivery and got an an email saying it’ll be delivered on the 23rd. I went to the customer service chat 3 times because it wasn’t here. First time i was giving a tracking number (the tracking never worked), second time i got told it’ll be delivered on monday (this was said yesterday) and today i’m only finding out it’s lost in transit. Can’t understand how it just get lost within a day. Told them to resend so god knows when it’ll actually come.
My experience was horrible
My experience was horrible, the workers were following and kept on checking in my daughters bag. She felt very uncomfortable and her privacy was abolished. When we confronted the worker she said she did it to everyone on busy days but it wasn’t that busy and she didn’t do it to anyone but us. We didn’t do anything wrong but we felt like we were being accused of something. Overall and horrible experience.

Terrible live chat customer service
Awful customer service, took me over an hour to attempt to sort out something extremely simple (cancelling an order), was told completely different things by different customer service agents. I still have no confirmation that my order has been cancelled. I would not recommend this company. Shame as the products look really nice but the experience I had with the live chat has completely put me off.

I have been a loyal customer of typo for years I love their products and stationary and wouldn’t go anywhere else to buy them… until now, I have half of a £100 order missing and I have tried to contact typo 5 separate times using their route on the website and their social media, nothing not even a response and just emails saying that they are shutting my complaint because I haven’t responded… responded to what?!?! I am so disappointed I’ve not only lost £50 but a site I genuinely enjoy the products of as I can’t risk them doing this again and washing money down the drain
Great customer service and products.
So I ordered from Cotton on (Typo) and due to a currior error I never received this parcel. I went into the store and the Derby Store employee Bec went above and beyond to help me directing me on how to contact the company and should this fail she was going to contact them for me herself. I contacted the company and immediately they offered me a refund or to send it me again. I took the refund and went into the store and brought them again in person (because I do not trust my currier). When I sorted the order all of the items I ordered were high quality and really quirky. I definitely would recommend buying from typo and Cotton On.

Really shocked at other reviews and had I read them I probably wouldn't have placed an order but I've had no problems at all! Ordered 3 bottles all at a great price and seem to be good quality, delivery was super fast and came within 3 days of me placing the order which honestly puts other companies to shame. Overall very happy with everything and would place another order.

AVOID HANDING OVER ANY MONEY TO THIS COMPANY - EVER. I am shocked that a High Street shop can behave like this and get away with it. They are defrauding people!! I ordered £45 worth of gifts online BIG MISTAKE. Wish I had read reviews before doing so. As others have said, no customer service, no proper way to contact anyone for queries / refunds. And I have tried for weeks! I fully expect to never see the products or my money again, and am going to inform Trading Standards. This isn't some company with a dodgy advert once seen on FB, this is a High Street store and I never questioned ordering from them online would be a problem. BTW the day after I ordered, I got someone else's random presents (Lucy Dunn - if you're out there, your Xmas gifts are in Bristol). They should not be allowed to get away with this! As others have said, I would give a 0 out of 5 if I could.

I have bought a couple of their metal cups online the lids broke after a couple of months ,I contacted the company I was told I needed the receipt and to go to a store I’m unable to travel and was told that’s all they could offer I was extremely dissatisfied,I provided photos of broken item

If I could, I would give it 0 stars. Ordered on 28/11 for click and collect which should be expected to collect within 5-7 days after the order. Called several times and live chat but it was pointless and kept being informed that it was in transit. Next time please state on the website during Christmas season that it will take 2 weeks or more. Needed the gift now as leaving soon for Christmas and now flying with emptied hand!
Poor efforts
Ordered on the 30th of November for my nieces Christmas Presents. 13 days later, still no dispatch email. Spoke to the online customer service who told me it should be dispatched soon and to wait a further 3 days which is ridiculous. She could not guarantee that my parcel would arrive for Christmas. There was a notice to say that delays due to high volume of orders should be expected but this delay is inexcusable.
