They dont actually repair tyres, they answer the phone, charge you £100 then sub the works out to a local fitter who you pay direcly.
In effect your paying £100 for a call.....

So £100 for you subbing the work out is fair, why not say that when somebody rings you, again a scam, thanks

It’s very normal to sub work to other drivers - especially when your busy and your in house drivers are doing other jobs, why am I going to lose a job? I can simply sub it to another driver? They are self employed, and we will send them jobs when we can’t do them. Also it’s not just a what’s app message or a phone call , we spend thousands on Google ads And maintaining our website, it’s not simply money put in our pocket, this is a whole business that has 2 tyre warehouses and fitting centres and multiple vans. So please get over your self, if you think it’s a scam you’re welcome to come and see our warehouses and tyre centres. I’m happy to show you our whole business.
Don’t be upset , you was in an emergency state , you called us, we provided a quick response tyre replacement. AA would have taken hours, your time is more valuable but this comes with a cost. We did not force you to buy a tyre or deal with us. You choice this.
Thank you for your review, we would like to be very clear, we run mobile tyre vans in our town of Bournemouth, we do get jobs in other areas and we do sub them to other drivers. This is the business, when we spend thousands on Google ads and website maintenance, what is the difference with just eat and uber ? Your paying a middle man to order your favourite takeaway? We spend thousands to connect jobs to our drivers. You call us scam artists? Where’s the scam? We are a nationwide tyre repair company, we have 900 drivers working around the whole of the uk and we get jobs and sent it to them. It’s very upsetting that we received this review. What about checkatrade ? Traders pay thousands just to advertise there business on there ? What about black circle ? People order tyres from them just to get them fitted in a local tyre shop? Are they scammers? No this is just business.
