Hi guys my experience with this company very very bad they are very not honest and they are not professional I try their product is very bad. It’s not useful. It’s complicated and they don’t put the exact money in all transactions. They keep on taking money out of you and out of the customer, they deduct $1000 And they said they’re gonna to give it to me back as soon as I give them back their machine I sent their machine back. I rang them five times different occasions they said yeah they gonna processing it. They never did and they stole $1000 off me. My advice do not ever use this company. They are thieves. Stressful in getting help
Extremely stressful when we couldn't get help quick enough when we needed support when the tyro went down and customers couldn't use eftpos. Staff were not confident in explaining the directions clearly to fix problems.

I WOULD NOT RELY ON TYRO
WE PUT IN FOR A LOAN AND WE HAVE HAD 2 LOANS BEFORE AND ALL PAID FOR IN VERY GOOD TIME BUT ONCE I PUT MY PARTNERS NAME IN THE BUSINESS TYRO WOULD NOT HALP US ANY MORE AND WE WHERE STILL WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO CONTACT US SO NOW WE HAVE GONE OVER TO ZELLER NOW AS THE HAVE A DEDIT CARD , AND THERE SOFTWARE WILL WORK WITH OUR POS .
THE BUSINSS WE HAVE NOW THE FRIENDS HELPED US WITH MONEY TO GET THERE IS NOT WITH ALMOST $1M TURN OVER AND WE HAVE NOT DONE A FULL 12 MONTHS YET AND WE PAY ALL OUT SUPPLIERS BEFORE DELIVERY AND WE PAY ALL OUR OUTH BILL WEEKLY AND BRFORE THERE ARIVE AND WHEN THE MONTHLY BILL TURN UP, WE ARE ALWAYS IN CREADIT.

Paid a $8000 dollar loan off and refused to give me another business loan moved to a competitor company and have been so happy with there customer service and loan department much better then tyro the joke of a company
