Charged credit card for an additional year without notice!

Horrible only because I never authorized the purchase?!?!?! It came out of my bank account (maybe it was the wrong debit card number? I have NO CLUE!) I immediately wrote to customer service explaining the ordeal with a screen shot of the receipt from my email (another mystery!) and asking for the money back! TWICE AND 0 REPLY! So I had to go to my bank, change my account number, and they're doing a fraud investigation! Not happy! Very, very angry!

Subscribed for a plan, did not receive my credits and contacted them and never received a reply. SCAM AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I regret paying for Uberduck. It doesn’t deserve even one star, but I have to select one just to post this review.

I tried generating the same rap 5 times and every time I got the exact same error: “Error generating rap: Failed to fetch (api.uberduck.ai)”. The service simply does not work, and customer support doesn’t respond.

The free plan is useless, and even after paying you don’t get stability or quality. I wanted to clone my voice and make a track, but the whole process is unstable, limited, and frustrating.

They also state clearly in their terms that they don’t issue refunds, so if you pay and it doesn’t work, you just lose your money.

Save yourself the headache - this platform is far from what it promises.

Arnaque, Arnaque, Arnaque, A bon entendeur. A fuire et à signaler Si bien que pas cher une fois que tu t’abonnes chez eux et tu te désabonnes, ils vo continuer à te faire des prélèvements et quand tu envoies un mail ils répondent pas. Une seul fois ils m’ont répondu ils prétendent que ils le voient pas alors que je leur ai envoyé des preuves. Et le pire c’est que malgré que tu re essaye de te désabonner encore et encore ils vont continuer encore et encore à te faire des prélèvements. C’est du pure arnaque. A fuire absolument.

I couldn't generate audio even though I have lots of credits left. It kept saying "out of credit".

This is a terrible scam service. I tried the free version, but it didn't work. I bought a one-year subscription, thinking that maybe that would solve the problem. However, I got the same problem - the service simply doesn't work and gives errors. I wrote to the support service about a refund, but I didn't get any response.

This app is trash ai is trash Uberduck is horrible and you should never trust them

This is the worst. Keep away. Nothing is as advertised, things change apparently over night to a much lower service without a refund as i can se.

If you have been cought, then file a bank for a refund in your bank. Dont know about US, but in Europe you get it when complaining over the service are not as you thought, or if its a scam as this

I don't remember Uberduck looking like a music website. I remember when I used it to mess around and have fun, but all of that was taken away for no reason.

I haven't used it for over 6 months and this is what I come back to, a place that was once a fun place turned into a mess? I don't see any point in using it anymore then.

why just why the removed all cartoon voices and now
we have to use runaway gen 2 pizza nuggets voices

Uberduck is a complete scam. They charge $9.99 per month, which is too expensive. They also removed half of their TTS voices in an update, leaving only around 20-30 voices.which half of them you cannot even use because its private. This is too small of a selection for the price. Additionally, they do not respond to refund requests. I have tried to contact them for a refund for three days, and they have not responded. I do not recommend Uberduck. FakeYouDeep is a better option.

The new update sucks because It have Only five or six voices

Uberduck can create high quality voice lines of many celebrities, YouTubers, etc.
