I received the worst customer service ever. As first time user I tried to buy a Solo Ad, but for some reason it wouldn't accept my credit card for payment. I contacted customer service for help and for no known reason, my account was set to limited and then the customer service rep decided to just block me from asking for help. Is this how you treat your customers?

I tried buying a solo ad here and was rudely told with attitude by customer support that my business is not wanted here. I did nothing wrong, that's not how you treat a customer or any person in general. If a seller didn't do his job correctly I have every right to request for a refund. You don’t accept an offer if you know it's not fit for your list. I always message a seller first before buying a solo to make sure my offer can be used or not. So to be told I can't use the site is totally ridiculous with no explanation as to why. I definitely would not recommend udimi, professional people and businesses just don't do thing's that way.

I’ve been using Udimi for a while now. They have good sellers, the seller communicate with you as well as Udimi. The sellers I've dealt with were honest, if your offer doesn't fit well with their list the seller will let you know and won't let you waste you time or money.

As a newbie, the results were jaw dropping 37% optins. My system is automated via System io so I am getting sales. Just have to give system time to do its thing. But 112 solid leads from a 300 click purchase. I know I have finally found a home using Udimi and Glenn

Recently I purchased from Udimi Prime thinking that it works with my affiliate links. Then I came to know that it will work only in my blog. When I used their plugin to access it in my blog, it does not work. Then I requested them to help me. They never respond my messages.
So I request them to refund my money. They got very angry and blocked me for not doing business with them. I deeply apologize them. They never forgive me and never respond me. It brings my attention to Udimi's apparent lack of responsiveness and their practice of blocking users without adequate explanation or resolution. Their service is EXTREMELY TERRIBLE. I hope to get Udimi to respond to my messages, unblock me due to unjustified reasons and encourage Udimi to improve their communication and establish fairer dispute resolution processes for all their customers. Otherwise they must close their business soon.
