Recieved an email after ordering then nothing. Website now doesn't exist so will be putting a claim for fraud at my bank and getting my money back

Scam company.
Ordered product November 2025. Nothing arrived. I ensured then end December and they said it was being dispatched. They sent me a tracker which looked very unofficial.
The teacher stated the item was delivered 7 Dec 2025 but they told me it was dispatched end Dec.
Item never received. I have demanded a refund and will charge a fraud claim via my bank.
