Great if you want to drink cold cats' pee.
Dreadful if you want tasty beer at a decent price. I went to a party where the host had one of these. I had one pint and couldn't finish it, so decided to drink soft drinks instead,

Do not bother,

Apart from the extortionate cost of the kegs forced to buy 2 due to postage £80.00
28 pints (if you’re lucky to get that).
Then the machine, omg what a pile of ——— the machine is, ridden with problems most commonly cooling as in not cooling then wasted kegs due to this issue. Just look up Heineken blade cooling issues…
We are talking thousands of complaints, do not believe the beerwolf reviews….
2 machines and £160 in wasted kegs…
Oh and before I forget if you buy one more than likely it will be a refurbished one…..

Ik heb er uiteindelijk zelfs 2 gehad die beiden op een gegeven moment niet meer wilden koelen. Eentje zelfs na een maand uit de garantie. Van Beerwulf hoef je niks te verwachten. Uiteindelijk iemand op Marktplaats gevonden die ze kon repareren. Ene Frans uit Lelystad. Het bleek een sensor-issue te zijn. Ik heb nu weer 2 koelende Blades. Helemaal blij.

Deze biertap laat het altijd op de koeling afweten. Blade verbergt zich achter een stapel vragen om het apparaat maar niet terug te hoeven nemen. Na 6 vaatjes was het al raak. Koeling laat het afweten en als je hierop google naar zoekt kom je tientallen klanten tegen met hetzelfde probleem. Niet kopen!!!!!

Hi , I bought blade over perfect draft and so far so good , I have the 2 year warranty , as for cooling issues it's usually a cheap sensor easy fix £5 pack of 5 RS components or Amazon" I build electronic gadgets" so not worried about future issues , the overwhelming impression I have is a heavy 17kg "no keg" gorgeous industrial quality machine.
Beers good too , beer is excellent imported Heineken is outstanding get Stella Artois on this soon

It is great and some times you can get faulty kegs but it would great to see Heineken add more of they’re beers to blade like Kirin Ichiban and especially ichnusa !!!!!

Like most negative reviews complaining about faulty cooling I'm having the same issue. Machine has been switched off over the winter, weather's picking up time to open the summer house. Bought 4 new kegs turned on the machine and no cooling.
This is the second time it's happened first time cured by switching of 72 hours but this time it's been off 72 days so don't hold hope of it working again
I regret ever switching from Perfect Draught to this machine
I'll drink what I have switching kegs back and forth to the fridge then it can go to the tip and I'll get a Perfect Draught Pro.

Same experience as most of the other blade machine owners. Machine stopped cooling after 12 months and sent it back as was under warranty. They sent a replacement and that stopped working but just out of warranty. Now stuck with kegs and a machine that doesn't work. Would offer them to my friends who all bought blades during lockdown but guess what.... Their machines has stopped working too and now out of warranty.

Wat en troep van biertap. Mijn is net kapot. Hij koelt niet meer. Heineken oplichters.

Just check eBay, so many blade machines with the dreaded cooling problem. Blade should recall or provide free replacement or repair. I would not buy a blade again.

I bought my first blade machine in December 2020. In July 2021 it stopped cooling the beer and was eventually replaced under warranty. The replacement machine has now had the same issue and as I knew it was out of warranty I contacted Beerwulf to ask how I could get it repaired. What followed was several weeks of emails, none of which answered my original question. The final email stated that they couldn’t help me but might be doing out of warranty repairs in the future. DO NOT buy one of these machines!! That a Company as large as Heineken do not offer a repair service or cannot even advise you around a local engineer staggers belief .
. DO NOT make the significant investment required to purchase this product. It is apparently currently irreparable!!
Heineken please tell me there is something you can do about this situation?

Good for 9 months then broke was replaced but then same thing happened again Beerwulf don’t want to know now will advise everyone to stay away get a perfect draft pro instead
