Non returnable items
As a first time buyer with Cup she I was astonished to realise that upon trying to return some of my order that in fact many of the items were nonreturnable. It was not some I was looking out for and have never come across before and so did not check on placing the item in the basket.It needs to be made clear right at the beginning. I ordered multiple items as I did not know the sizing and I am now left with nearly a hundred pounds worth of clothes I cannot wear. Please be vigilant everybody and make sure you read the small print / very pale print.

Ruined my holiday
Ruined my holiday. Under extreme pressure and very limited time. Ordered holiday clothes from them as all my clothes are currently miles away in storage facility due to moving house. Paid extra for faster delivery. Which turned out to be pointless as delivery time now showing after I’ve already left the country on a flight clothesless. I have no time prior to travel to shop. Total nightmare. Customer service staff implying they were doing things to speed it along but when drilled down into the facts they were doing nothing and won’t even contact the carrier. Wish they’d just tell the truth from beginning rather than imply there’s some hope and like somethings being done. When it isn’t. Couldn’t ever trust to order from them again. Going to a very expensive resort with limited shops available. Most likely now wearing a bin bag. Cheers Cupshe
