My business is growing well using the dog buddy platform. Fees are explained upfront and I have always received good customer service and support when needed.

They are helpful and supportive and I have had some lovely dogs to look after

I would 100% recommend Dog buddy as a company to book Dog care with.
They are very ,helpful , professional , knowledgeable ,polite and supportive to both the owners and the carers of your Dog .

I like the fact that I can ring them for help rather than send a email and have to wait for a reply .

As a dog sitter it's a been a great boost in finding dogs that need a holiday home while their parents go on their holiday!
It's a really easy app to use and a helpful tool in knowing the food and donts for sitters.
Is like an option to copy and paste the link so I can post it in other adverts.
Will continue to use as really pleased with it.

Dogbuddy is really good , it makes it easy to find reliable dog minders even at short notice as was the case on this occasion.
There is plenty of choice of dog minding in the local area and there are plenty of alternatives further afield .Really is an excellent idea and I have had only good experiences.it gives me great piece of mind that my dog will be looked after when I am away.

Dogbuddy App is so easy to use, find a local carers in your area, check carer profiles and book your pets holiday!!

payment is held by dogbuddy and only released to the carer 2-3 days after booking is complete.

I have had the honour of being a carer to some fantastic dogs big and small in the South west, Bristol and south Glos. areas and also it has been great exercise for both me and the dogs in my care!!

I am a very happy user of DogBuddy. It has an easy interface and by verifying the users it inspires confidence in taking bookings, and making payment, and so removes a lot of the stress of running a dog care business in the gig-economy.

As a sitter I am having the best time! Highly recommend this company for owners and for sitters.

I Have been a dog buddy pet sitter for some time now amd i can say that they have been a great site for me to build a thriving client base on for my pet sitting. I have had many many bookings through them and always found their site easy to navigate and very secure for payments.

Very easy to use App. Easy communicating with dog owners and updating them with pics and videos.

Scam I booked for my dog in overnight giving the exact times of arrival and departure. £35.00I was given a fee and paid via my credit card only for the dog sitter to say that the fee is additional £25.00. When I said I should like to cancel as that was not the original agreement she only gave me £5.00 back. This occurred all within five minutes. DogBuddy was useless. I would never use or trust is service.

I signed up to DogBuddy last summer and have met and fallen in love with many dogs who have come to stay. It's a fantastic system which makes it easy for owners to find me and so simple for us to communicate. My business has grown from nothing and as the word spreads I can see it is only going to keep expanding. I'd highly recommend the app for both parties - whether you're a dog sitter like me or an owner looking for someone to care for their furry friend.

Poor , very poor. The professionals at the other end may be very good but dog buddy itself is useless. No customer service, ignore requests for help, filters do not help and have wasted my time for weeks.

I'm a toy & small breed dog sitter/boarder in the Surrey area & have been registered with DogBuddy for 1.5yrs. They are my preferred agency to go through. Good correspondence, reminds the sitter of dogs that are due & they have insurance & a 24hr emergency vet line for piece of mind. Any very young pups that come my way directly, I ask them to go via my page on DogBuddy. It's nice to know I have that backup if needed.

I cannot recommend DogBuddy highly enough. Has a sitter the app is very easy to use, and I have had more than enough requests. I love the tips they send you and it is great that the clients can leave a review on how their dog has been cared for. I have used other apps/companies but this one is by far the best. I am so delighted I found it and I just adore caring for the different breeds and various personalities of dogs. Many thanks to Dogbuddies you have been great.

I have been with DogBuddy for just over a year now. My job is a dog walker, and have had nearly 100 bookings from dog owners that have booked me to walk there dogs on a regular basis with DogBuddy. I use the Dogbuddy app which is great way for the dog owners to message me and book me to walk there dogs. The payment system with DogBuddy is very safe too. DogBuddy has a good policy in place and they deal with the insurance so if anything happens to the dog while they are in my care I'm insured and the dog is insured too, which is very reassuring. DogBuddy will give you advice if you need help with anything. 🐕🐶
