Super experience from start to finish. I was under some time pressure with a holiday pending and Nisha led me through the whole process, advocated for an earlier scan and then followed up with a very timely report. Honestly can not fault the service - fantastic customer care and service. Would 100% use again.

Yatharth has been a great help. Unfortunately my scheduled MRI, had to be rescheduled due to issues with the machine. I contacted Yatharth to advise that I had taken the afternoon off work and requested whether there were any other clinics available that same afternoon, he found another clinic straight away and booked this in. As I’d taken the afternoon off, this was very much appreciated. Aside from this, the process has been so smooth and all of my questions have been answered quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend Get Scanned and would definitely use the service again if necessary in the future.

It was very easy to choose a scan center in the location and price range that was right for me. I was contacted via email almost immediately after payment and kept informed and supported by Richa (thank you!), who responded promptly to all of my questions and requests. I had a GP phone consultation for the referral on the same day as I made the payment. I got scanned at Queen Square Imaging Centre (London), who did not have any availability for the date I indicated but offered an option for the following week, which was convenient for me. The images were available through the online portal a few hours after my scan and I received the report of the radiologist after a few days.

The only regret I have is that there was no option to provide my previous scan results and images to the radiologist, who noted in the report that they would have been important for a complete evaluation. I had taken them along for the scan appointment but was told they were not needed. My recommendation for anyone who has previous scan results/images is to insist that they be forwarded to the radiologist beforehand. Maybe that could also be made part of the GetScanned workflow.

Otherwise and overall, I was very happy with the efficiency, service and friendliness of everyone involved.

Booked an appointment and paid upfront to be told by the Hospital there wasnt ever any appointments available at that time.

I contacted GetScanned by WhatsApp after completing a web form for an appointment. I wanted reassurance that they could deal with my NHS GP referral before giving my card details. No reply til I nudged them 3 days later, and having provided all the details all over again, I’ve still heard nothing 36 hours later. I shan’t be using this company.

Excellent service all the way, I would highly recommend get scanned and I would definitely be using them again! I was contacted by Richa via WhatsApp and email and the communication was excellent any time of the day.

Don’t go with this company I’ve paid £560 for a head and neck scan over two weeks ago and they have tried to palm me off with an increased cost of £200 and I can not get hold of anyone by text or email. I’m having now to claim my money back via my credit card. Their customer service is dreadful not contact now for over a week I’ve just been left wondering ☹️

My MRI was cancelled by the clinic due to the machine breaking down. This was unfortunate but I understand these things happen however unfortunately the aftercare has been awful. Get scanned have since stopped responding to emails or calls and won't refund me the money paid for the scan that has since been cancelled.

Update: Get scanned have now provided a refund. They were initially very difficult to make contact but have since called me repeatedly asking me to take the review down.

Arrived 20 mins early but was seen right away. Whole process was clearly explained, professional and pleasant.

Everything was great. since my wife booked scan they contacted me promptly booked appointment with GP. then arranged scan. i spent total of 15 minutes in scan including waiting time. I got the result next day. Would definitely recommend for future

Got the appointment very quickly in 2 days.Appointment department is very helpful and efficient.
The scanner is very helpful and experienced. Done very
thoroughly and in details. Instead of waiting to have MRI
scan knee for 14 weeks I am so much relieved Physically and Mentally. Would recommend Getscanned if you need scan.

Amazing service. Amongst alot of anxiety over a health concern, I got a scan within 2 working days of initial contact. I didn't have to travel far to a local scan centre. The scan itself was incredibly thorough, and I was given immediate results, with the ownership of the scan report sent to my email afterwards. The ladies on the phone, managing my booking & queries were kind & helpful throughout.
I'm so grateful to GetScanned & would recommend them 100%

This was a great experience even though the actual scan order was incorrect ( I ordered with vs wo contrast). The results were back fast and correctly assessed. There were scheduling errors that I fortunately caught so one need to stay on top of everything.

I was a bit dubious having not used the service before:
Day 1, phoned at 10:30 am to ask for GP triage.
Day 1, phoned at 3pm by GP and triaged, MRI agreed.
Day 1, 8pm phoned by referring MRI unit with cancellation appointment.
Day 2, 9am MRI scan.
Day 3, 4pm Report and scans available!
Extremely good value, Excellent customer service (Richa) and communication throughout the process.
Lovely MRI staff.
