Disappointed
The sizes are a little inaccurate and it would be good to know the model’s size and the jumper she wears for comparison.
I have asked to exchange the items but not heard from the customer care at all in response to my emails. Also I bought the jumper with hat and the hat was not included in the delivery of items. Also the introductory discount code did not work. Overall, I feel disappointed with the experience of purchasing from this company. I love cashmere and tend to buy a lot each year for myself and as gifts but this company’s service has felt like a let down.
