Do not buy these headphone
They are awful.
The only reason you would buy these is if you want to waste money.
Had them less than a week and they have broke.

Bought 2 TVs, 24 and 32 inch. Running with Roku which is ok but the remote doesn't have voice search like Alexa so it's inferior. TVs don't have an eco auto turn off feature if it's left unused for hours. You have to set a manual timer very time. Not much use for a relative with dementia. The TV will be on forever. But the TVs work well, nice and bright and sound is fine! Good price too!

The headphones are very glitchy. I got a pair for Christmas and they were fine for a while... until they weren't. It has been a bit more than a month and my 5 year old headphones which are held together by screws works better. I hope they can fix these issues in the future.
The audio sometimes comes out like I'm holding down the pause button and it also has troubles connecting to my computer.

We have a few tvs but over the last year we have had to replace most tvs because the updates are ruining the tvs we have. Used to work lovely now doomed .
I will never purchase a jvc again.
Four tvs stop working properly rubbish .
Samsungs still going strong .

JVC android TV well what can I say apart from if your thinking about one then I suggest you don't it's slow it's laggy to a point where you have to reboot the TV and at worst reset it

JVC fire TV

Worst purchase ever, brought 3 years ago and has been nothing but a problem from day 1.
If I could give zero stars I would.
Freezes, jams, uploads rubbish.
Total rubbish. Shame on you JVC

JVC LT-24CA12 0 24 inch tv. Keeps freezing, remote very slow, keeps asking user to set reception area. Would not buy JVC again. Have used JVC many times over the years without problems but this tv was made in Turkey. Like many other manufactureres JVC are having the products made as cheap as possible in other countries.

Bought some ear bud headphones. Opened the packet and they had wax on them so had clearly been worn before. Yet to see how they deal with this situation.

They scammed me , bought a pair of ha-a11t headphones..first time they weren't working so I sent them back ...second time they weren't working too...no answer received by them! I should take legal action

I acquired two televisions from Currys both JVC one a 50" Fire and the other a 43" Android.
What a waste of electronics, I can't honestly say there is one good thing about them.
Generic mass produced crap.

I bought head phones direct from JVC. I tried them for 5 minutes and the quality was appalling. At £90 i expected far more. I paid to send them back and was disgusted at the response. JVC returned them back to me and said they had been tested and they are fine. I will never be buying this brand again.

I can’t fault them at all! I ordered late on Tuesday 15/03/22 expecting the delivery a few days later, at least. I received my order in less than 24 hours! The headphones are fantastic and so easy to use. Thank you JVC!

JVC smart TV…what a complete waste of time! The shittest TV I ever owned or come across. Do not buy!!!!

Worst JVC TV ever, apps, Netflix kept crashing, slow to respond. Good it was under 30 day guarantee to get a refund. Otherwise it was close to the skip

Ordered JVC 4K projector at far superior price compared to others and it arrived timely and works great. Thank you for the great service and value.

Not fit for use! This tv is super laggy, freezes all the time then shuts down. Often get a blue screen while it’s trying to load. The delay on the remote is ridiculous, I could probably make a cup of tea in the time it takes to respond. Sound is very tinny (which wouldn’t really have bothered me with it being for the bedroom if that was the only fault).
Don’t get me started on the remote control layout, I think whoever designed it probably had a hard night on the tequila! Plus you need hands the size of the jolly green giant to navigate it.

I bought a dvd combi TV from Curry's. I have had serious problems with curry's returning the TV but that's another issue. The reason for returning however lies with JVC design. The dvd component which is what I was buying it for, is so loud in operation that you can hear it above what is being played. Terrible product and entirely not fit for purpose. Sadly I am still saddled with it as it has been impossible to reach curry's to return in the past 3 weeks. My advice, don't use either product or company!

It seems that Currys UK source a range of products direct from JVC HQ in Japan, bypassing JVC UK. Nonetheless, when Currys let us down badly the people at JVC UK immediately rescued the situation by obtaining then sending us a user guide for a bluetooth speaker they had never even seen. EXCELLENT service, far beyond expectations! Shame on you Currys for continuing to sell during the current crisis whilst refusing to support your sales, you claim because of the crisis.
