Really good

A great speedy application for gadget insurance, quite simple really.

I’ve been with protect your bubble for about a year, the first time I needed to use them was to fix a crack on my phone they charged me £90 and gave me a cheap ill fitted screen which broke again shortly after not to mention they took 5 days to repair my phone and made me restart it which also disconnected my number and all my bank card info etc very long winded for poor quality.

Shambolic customer service, almost 2 weeks later, claim accepted yet nothing sent in the post. Zero progress! Was promised a callback from a manager after my complaint last week, yet a week later nothing. The service is simply not fit for purpose!

Very easy, very reasonable prices

Paid £160 for a phone on Amazon. Nearly £30 for insurance. Broke my screen. None of the links on Amazon for the insurance claim work. The process of claim is an absolute joke, takes ages. I would never recommend it to anyone. Never had insurance this difficult and to say it's a low value item, it should be resolved within 24hours and sent for repair or replacement sent out. So far beyond pathetic how much time one has to spend claiming for a few quid item. If I knew this would be the case, I'd never bother and just replace the item myself if it broke. If I didn't have my old phone as spare, they would leave me without one for days and days. Asking stupid questions. They asked me for the IMEI even though they know the screen is unusable. How dumb is that. They can get the IMEI from the phone once they have it in the repair shop if they want. Simply unbelievably disappointing and not worth the bother on something worth 160quid. The grief and waiting is so long, I'd be better off doing something else with my time. Disgraceful.

Done my insurance on line and it was easy and was explained very well. Great service.

This was one of the worst insurance company I have ever used.

If you are using them via Amazon they will not repair the appliance they will just sanitize it and you will not have a option for a return.

Unfortunately I have sent my ninja with the stainless steel pot and the documents inside by mistake.

After chasing for months the ninja to be returned and I was totally ignored by them I have been let know that this is now their property and that the pot was sanitized even when they saw that the pot was not the original they did not even care or let me know or give me an option to take it back. The staff were very rude and unhelpful. Very disrespectful. I am very very disappointed. Can't really believe that happened. What a shame just trying to get people's money without any professional help that they are promising to deliver before signing the insurance.
