Exceptional
It’s quite rare to come across a company that genuinely deserves nothing but praise, but that has certainly been my experience with them. They have been absolutely amazing throughout: incredibly helpful, responsive, professional, and genuinely caring. The level of customer service they provide is exceptional, and you really get the sense that they value their customers and go above and beyond to help. They have my claim this febuary 2026…
They have my claim this febuary 2026 when it was faild now they was to call me back because they have station recipt but they never called back last week to see if they can give because they anit call me in 3 and a half money now need to reply claim. We are sorry to hear that the service you received did not meet your expectations.
You contacted us to log a claim. At the same time, we found that the damage being claimed for occurred before the insurance policy was purchased. Unfortunately, incidents that take place prior to the policy start date are not covered under the terms of the policy.
We have also reviewed our records and have been unable to locate any contact from you regarding this matter two weeks before your most recent correspondence.
