AWFUL service - do not do it!
AWFUL service. They were supposed to deliver a report three days ago, and still haven't delivered it. They are keeping me on a leash by saying 'it will arrive tonight' 'it will today' and it's clearly not the case. The original consultant made up excuses for not delivering it and now its clear they are not doing it. I have only managed to speak to someone on the phone once during this process and they don't reply on whatsapp. Intersentingly, my friend friend got straight through on the phone so they clearly didn't want to speak with me. Its clear now that they weren't able to do the report even though I ordered over a week ago but didn't have the professional decency to let me know they weren't able to fulfil the order. Its now left me having to seek alternate services.
