Terrible service. They are currently removing the work they have done to my car. Canceled first time to weather. They don't use shelters apparently. Did the job a week later in my garage. Heavy dust contamination in the film. Complained my car was hard to work on. Poor cuts covered up with black marker pen that looks horrendous in the sun and pen had dripped on my parcel shelf. Sent another guy to correct the work who arrived an hour late. Only to say he doesn't have time to fix the other guys work. So I've said to remove it all. It's already Cost me a day's wage messing around. Unfortunately I cannot add any pictures on here but please look at Google reviews where pictures are available. Please also look at the the professional response. I have the full convocation email chain if anyone would like to see it as proof with cristine confirming via email the work was poor and confirming a refund.

Rebecca did an awesome job of tinting my windows. She was knowledgeable about the types of tint film. showed me the variations of the options I was interested in and was professional amiable and polite. She is a tip-top professional and a perfectionist and I would recommend UKAutoPro without hesitation. Many thanks Rebecca from a very satisfied customer.

Seems like a franchised business with some local contractors being great and others not so.
Luckily I got Charlton in Gloucestershire. He was punctual (in fact a little too punctual and arrived early - but not a bad thing as I didn’t has to wait then).
He was meticulous with his work, made sure it was absolutely spot on and didn’t rush a single element.
He explained everything in detail and made sure I was happy before he left.

I found the website fine to use despite the bad reviews and then just double checked the price matched what I wanted on email.

Had a factory level tint today on my Octavia estate. Charlton the fitter was awesome, I’m super pleased at the quality of his work and cleanliness after the job.
Genuinely lovely guy and a great company to deal with.

From time to time you come across really good companies and trades people ... and this is a good example.
Becky and her colleague are very good at the job they do.
The only point to mention is as they are so good they are very busy and your scheduled fitting time might start late.
