They are not attentive, and several times they didn't issue the documents on time and had to be chased.
The last time we instructed them they did not collect the full amount owing, took their fee out of the money they received and sent the shortfall to us. When disputed, they advised they could not collect the remaining due to the small amount now outstanding, no apology or explanation, assume another mess up on their behalf. They took their fee so that they were paid, they did not care that they didnt recover the full amount as was instructed. Obviously not going to use them again!

Awful company. Failed to achieve anything they agreed to do, then charged additional time despite not being able to prove it.
A lot of money to spend on two people to just to knock on a door then do nothing.
Do not engage this company!!
