The website is easy to use, but if they don’t have what you want online, email or ring and ask. This was my first time leasing - and I had questions...a lot of questions. Some of these were pretty stupid questions in hindsight, but Neil took the time to answer them all perfectly. He was extremely patient, I was shopping for the best possible price, we went through numerous quotes until I found the car I wanted at a price that worked for me and he never once made me feel like a nuisance, even though I am sure I was at times.
