Just received a ticket claiming they attached a notice to my car window which didn't happen! For parking in manchester central car park. I have bank records showing i paid everyday there. I called them and she said follow the appeal details on back of letter. On the letter there is nowhere to appeal it just says you cant appeal because 21 days has passed!

There is no way this is legal! How has DVLA given them my private home adresses details? I heard whilst i was parking it was run by gangsters on my last day! This shows it’s a complete criminal scam! Even the website is not a secure site!

I hope they do the same to a solicitor and this scam gets shut down!

An absolute disgrace of a company. I have lived above their car park for the past 11 months and have consistently displayed my parking permit at Peel Court car park to comply with their regulations.
A couple of weeks ago, my car was undergoing maintenance, so I borrowed another vehicle for a few days. After getting my own car back, I forgot to swap over the parking permit from the borrowed car to my own car and ended up receiving two parking tickets of £120 for the couple days I had forgotten to transfer my parking permit over. Bare in mind, the parking lot is NEVER full and needs a code/remote to access anyway...

I find this extremely disproportionate, considering I am a resident above their car park and have complied with the regulations for months. This was a one-off incident, yet I was penalised heavily.

I appealed both parking charges and asked for leniency considering the circumstances I was facing and would have appreciated even a reduction in parking charges, despite complying with the parking regulations ever since living here. Unsurprisingly, both charges got declined and now due to pay £120 for this one off incident.

It's an absolute disgrace that in the UK, supposedly a democracy, so-called "companies" such as this are allowed to extort money from people. They are even assisted in this by the DVLA providing people's confidential information.
People who vote, this is what your voting has resulted in. Well done.

Disgusting company charging for an 18 min over stay in a free car park when I was ill!
People can hardly afford to feed themselves and you think this is appropriate.They are everything wrong with Britain today and an absolute disgrace! I'd advise everyone to shop online from now on. I shall not be visiting any retail parks ever again and let the shops go bust! PARKING IN A FREE CARPARK IS NOT A CRIME AND SHOULD NEVER INCUR A FINE.

received a ticket for parking in a disable bay, would not ever intentially do this, marking on the floor worn away, raining when arrived and no sign, appealed but no response then a fine through the post, so I responded and then an increased fine!! cannot speak to anyone must all be done through writing.
totally pointless excercise as its another way of robbing the motorist absolutely wrong. experience does not even deserve a single star

A fine for being slightly over white line in a parking bay when either side there were empty spaces!!!!!!! All the previous reviews I agree with. Very intimidating letter. Shocking DVLA provided information for this ‘offence’! Signs particularly small - probably intentionally!

Is this company even legit? A PCN in an area which CLEARLY states you can park for use of tram train. I wrote to appeal as I was on jury service for a month so needed to leave my car in an area for the tram train. The next thing they do is slap me with a £100 fine and completely ignore the fact that I shouldn't even have been charged the absolute imbeciles. Pathetic opening hours to try and make contact. No way of appealing online. Then come about all high and mighty 28 days later when I haven't even had correspondence from them. Absolute JOKE

Let me start by saying, I will never stop for any services at this location ever again !
After leaving Starbucks I recieved a £100 violation for stopping on roadway, due to car issue. My car wasn’t pulled over and my break lights were illuminated the entire 2 minutes, before driving off. Nevertheless, my appeal was rejected, this is another UK cash grab… and the DVLA should be ashamed for selling our information to corrupt companies.

My daughter parked her car in a car park and displayed her pass in the windscreen
She received a fine letter with a picture of her car taken from the other side of the car park
She went on the appeal website and got the other pictures which clearly shows the details of the pass
She has put the appeal in today
What I gather from this episode is that UKCPS are a corrupt organisation who prey on people
I would like to meet the idiot who took the pictures of the pass and then we could sort it out the imbecile

I was slammed two NTK for parking at Joseph's Well Leeds on two different occasions in December 2023. The unfortunate thing is each notification was received on the same day. This goes to show that I could not have deliberately parked in a restricted area if I really knew there was a restriction in place and that I will be fined.

This parking lot is usually free to NHS staff on a night, weekends and on bank holidays, and has been so for so long even before the past 10years that I have worked in Leeds. I have not parked outside of these free times.

I had no idea there was now parking restrictions in place. No signage posted on the spot where I have parked to show restricted parking.

I have appealed this three times with UKCPS.
I received the first NTK and sent my first appeal same day. My appeal was ignored because "I didn't put a correspondence address". I received second notification letter, and I wrote the second appeal same day as well, but was ignored because I posted to the wrong address. I did post a copy to them when I found out after receiving a reminder letter that they did not get the second letter. It didn't count. Then I got told I could not appeal nor communicate with them anymore as my details has now been passed on to debt recovery plus.

I feel this is unjust and not sure what is to come.

Anyone got a clue what to expect and what to do next please?

I received a letter stating that I was parked on Trevelyan Square, Leeds whereas i have just stop a car for less then 2 mins and i was in car didn't came out trying to settle my self due to surgery after receiving letter i have check online through the Google maps & sat Nav information its describe the street name is Commercial Court.
they should be shame they should display board clearly so user can see & read clearly i will take this matter further but careful with these useless cheaters scammers, In this hard time when ppls are struggling they play tricks to earn money shame on them i hope ppls stop using Marriot hotel Leeds and the business which are on the Trevelyan street or commercial court and soon they all get bankrupt .. finally i just wanted to say shame on you UKCPS appeal Team.

Charletans £100.00 fine for parking over white line in an empty car park. How are these cowboys allowed to get away with it. A law should passed forbidding these low life scammers from accessing DVLA files of ownership of vehicles. In a cost of living crisis & no doubt these fat cats are sat in their ivory towers watching the millions role in from the hard working motorist. Just another example of how society has gone to the dogs along with social media, celeb worship & good old fashioned manners. These individuals running their scams clearly have no conscience.

So angry, I went to Ravenside retails, there was half stores was closed due floods last December 2023 I was with my clients who is deaf and blind, she had her blue badge, so there was half blue badges bays was closed as work vans was parked on it, so the rest of blue badges bays was full so I’ve no choice so I parked at parent and child bay, and i put my clients blue badge on dashboard as I can’t park on other normal as my client was very vulnerable, I am deaf too, I need my eyes on the floor as there was very bad paths and traffics, my client hold my arm while I guide her to near the shop so I got parking ticket by ukcps said I’m supposed not park on it as I’ve no child with me, so ridiculous, i appeal to them but they still demand me to pay the fine, they are greedy lot, money grabber, using us valuable peoples money so upsetting.. they are heartless so I’m very frightened I don’t like be in bad credit cuz of them getting creditor on me 🤬so I’ve no choice I have to pay them in full charge so horrible peoples

Absolute bunch of cowboys!!

Firstly, issued 2 tickets for parking in my own car parking space despite owning the property.

Secondly, issued a parking fine on COUNCIL LAND which is illegal, they physically moved my car to the other side of the road because it was apparently blocking the entrance to their car park... when I appealed they claimed to have emailed in regards to to it (They didnt) so that I was then out of time to appeal and are now sending debt recovery companies after it.

You cant SPEAK to someone, you have to WRITE in to discuss it, there is NO EMAIL or PHONE NUMBER you only get to speak to Destiny on the payment line which is only open for 3 hours mon to fri and will only take payments.

If you continue to chase after this illegal ticket then I will take it to court and I will also make a claim against your company for the harassment and stress that you are causing.

Bulll.s.hit UKCPS (private parking tickets scamer) I'm uber driver and I just went drop some passengers off in one of the car park and it took me about 2 minutes to get out the car drop them off and reverse the car and straight came out and they Fuc...ing sent me £100 fine and reduced to £60 If I pay within14days I'm ha.ck not paying sh..it to them greedy dogs we already .struggling to live with all these crisis so I will not be paying it take me to court ]

Received a £60 fine for night time parking - no obvious signs in the car park (they were added afterwards). I appealed on their system (logged) but didn't receive an appeal response, missing their payment deadline and instead went straight to a £130 fine, with no opportunity to respond. Highly cynical practice by heavy-handed bully-boys.

Parking Charge for being parked up for 111mins in a 90mins zone........ but it was outside a Costa's!!!!

Went to meet a friend for a coffee or two and catch-up, thought that was what coffee shops are for? Well they'll be losing my custom now due to these ridiculous parking hours/charges

Absolute SCAM Artists, received a fine letter on last day I could appeal, tried appealing on line. Wasnt even parked, didnt even get out of my car, literally stopped for a matter of seconds and they got my car details. These people know what they are doing and are scam artists, something needs to be done about them as I have just had to pay £136 to a debt recovery company who did not want to hear my complaint against these con artists. I should have gone to court but could not be dealing with the hassle of all this and that's how they manage to get money out of you by threatening court and debt collectors. AVOID, AVOID these at all costs, don't park at any of their controlled areas otherwise you have had it!

I ate at Toby carvery horsforth on the 29/07/23. Two weeks later I received a parking fine of £100 reduced to £60 if paid within 14 days. I spoke to Toby carvery who said they are going through legal dispute with ukcps to terminate their contract with them. They suggested I email the receipt and they should cancel the charge. I received no reply from the car park operator. I am absolutely disgusted that this is how customers can be treated. They continued with the charge and actually contacted debt recovery plus who were also useless!!! Disgusting! I can honestly say I will never park in one of their car parks again! Appalling!
