Unable to contact, phone (hours of 11am to 1pm) unanswered and no email. Online payment not working, finally made payment over phone after multiple failed attempts

Have now received a further Final Notice Letter from UKCPS despite 2 appeal letters being sent they just seem to ignore these appeals and push on. I am going to settle the amount and look to pursue a claim to recover the debt or run the risk of a CCJ !

There is no where you can either e mail an appeal all has to be by post which both letters were the first one was sent by normal post which they can obviously deny receiving within the 21 days they say you can appeal ! Just poor all round really especially as our vehicle at the time used a disabled parking bay to carry out a 3 point turn as their were no other places available at the time as the car park was totally packed. It was never parked and unoccupied.

I visited the French Consulate passport office in Merchant's Quay, Manchester, and the sign stating "Private Land" was on the OPPOSITE side of the entrance, so only visible when leaving. UKCPS should put up a clear sign on BOTH sides of the car park ENTRANCE saying - "You Will be Fined £100 if You Enter". This will avoid any confusion amongst motorists like me who are new to the area.

Attempted to fine and charge me for a space I have explicit use of and make payments in order to allow me to use such space.

Did not take into account I am a valid permit holder and instead pursues illegal fining to pursue their money grabbing idea that they call a business.

Poor service from all areas including appeals and should not be allowed to continue trading with such business practices being the norm.

Total scam is this company….bilbrough top Leaving Starbucks and the lid on my young sons cup fell off and the drink spilt and scalded his legs hence I slammed my breaks on and pulled over on yellow lines in a panic when he was screaming I instantly did a three point turning and pulled back into the Starbucks carpark and parked up to calm him down and clean him up. Now the video camera knows exactly what happened as I have been back to look at the cameras and they will have picked up the truth but decided to freeze the video for a second and send a notice out. I paid this as I am going to appeal it but they are only open mon to Fri 11am-1pm unfortunately inappropriate for people who work and there appeal line is a waste of time and I was advised writing an appeal letter was pointless as they ignore it till the 14days is over and then slap the fine higher and eventually I would run the risk of them selling it to a debt company a risk I wasn’t taking. The reviews all over the internet don’t speak highly either. Unfortunately as a local to the area bilbrough top businesses have lost my custom for good due to these sharks

PCN was issued despite paying for and displaying a ticket. After several appeals, written letters and the PCN increasing to £130, it was finally pointed out to me that the ticket I had paid for was for local authority spaces a matter of feet away from where I was parked, not the private land that I had parked on. Despite withholding this information from me, UKCPS refused to discount the £130 when I offered to pay.

These parking companies serve a purpose and ultimately, if you have broken the rules, you warrant the designated PCN. In this case, I believed I had paid for a valid ticket but despite offering this evidence following the initial PCN, UKCPS never informed me that I had made a mistake and instead offered a monotonous and clearly copied and pasted answer of ‘there was no valid ticket on display’.

This company is useless and I will advise that nobody uses their sites in the future as they are content with setting traps for honest hardworking people.

Parked up in "sort rehearsal rooms" in Liverpool City centre - legally parked - there is a machine to log your vehicle registration when you enter. I go there every week, same time and it is booked in my name. However, the machine was out of use when I entered and forgot to log it on the way out. Got ticketed. Appealed to ukcps via letter the same day explaining and giving full details of sort so they could check my booking. Got no feedback, just a letter 6 weeks later now asking for £100. This was over Xmas with no post. Tried to contact their blag customer service line, got no answer. With the delayed xmas post got another letter within days now asking for £130. In the end I just give up and paid it before it went up again. Absolute scum. If I see their attendant next time he best be a fast runner thats all ill say.

This company should not exist. It seems like a complete scam. They ensure they are impossible to contact if you have any questions about the fine given to you.
They do not allow email appeals for some unknown reason.

Utter f***ING pondlife!! I stopped to ask for help just over a week ago. I received a fine in the post for stopping for what was a brief minute or 2. Absolutely disgusted!! Set of C#?*S! Stealing from the working class!!

Google maps sent me to the contractors side of the car park in Manchester. I pressed the intercom and was told to enter a different road on my sat nav. I reversed and left and received a fine for stopping!!!!! IThey turned down my appeal saying I was parked there!!!

got a ticket from this company i live in Scotland and sent a picture of a car that is black VW i drive a blue seat leon the car was in the disabled parking bay ,it had very similar reg 1 e different ,i have never been in saint Helens no way am i paying a fine for a car that is not me cant call or if i was to email i would have to admit i was the driver or keeper no way

Received a fine in the post that I tried to appeal. Completed the online appeal form. Heard nothing back. Then received a letter saying the fine had doubled and I should write to them so I did. Heard nothing back. Now have a debt recovery form chasing me when they’ve not even acknowledged my appeals. Not a chance I shall be paying this

Got a £100 fine for stopping and asking directions. Inadvertently when I stopped I was partially in a disabled spot for about 1 minute while I asked for directions to the main car park. So the split second camera shot of me opening the car door was enough to generate the fine. I made an appeal but doubt it will be successful. There is no way to speak to them unless you are paying the fine, the email link does not work and the so-called Independent Appeals Service is not independent but funded by the parking company members and so it is difficult to see how impartial it could be. There are also reports that the legal company, Gladstone Solicitors, which is used to pursue debts is also directly linked to IAS. The more you look into it the worse it is.

We became victims of this company recently. The telephone payment system did not work. So, the car was moved approx. 5 yds. onto the road and payment by telephone was made to the Council system. A Receipt for payment was obtained. How has this company managed to get the British Justice System to AID and ABET the THEFT of money from working class people?
Also, was their telephone payment system deliberately faulty to enhance the THEFT of money from people like us.
Please could everyone who has become a victim of these SCUMBAGS email me and I will try to collate sufficient evidence to put a stop to their operation.
In my opinion Britain is a country run by THIEVES for the benefit of THIEVES, but even THIEVES have to listen if enough of us go knocking on their door.

Scammers . Have received two fines in the same week when I have paid both times . I displayed my tickets in the front windscreen but they provide a photo of the rear .

Worst customer service ever.
Got fine ticket where there were no signs of ukcps that it is private parking so they have taken a picture of the vehicle but there is no signs behind it. So they had to take pictures of the other side of the building.

Laughable company. With staff that cant be bother to provide you with any information due to. "They cant discuss this or that"

We were travelling home from Bridlington to Edinburgh and saw the service sign so turned in to use the toilet and buy breakfast from McDonald’s.
This service had no noticeable no parking sign nor did it have any lines on the road so we parked on the road side while my partner crossed the road to McDonald’s he is on strong meds and has to go he displayed his disability badge and was no more than 10 minutes I waited in the car as we were towing our caravan and the McDonald’s car park was not big enough for us to manoeuvre safely in their we saw no signage directing large vehicles to park safely . This is outrageous the letter tells us we may have used the car park we did not enter any car park at any time my partner has a disability badge and we were parked no more than 10 minutes on the road side I am furious and will be taking this further I am not happy that a motorway services should be inviting customers to use the services, then slap you with parking tickets for £60 theirs no clear parking directions it’s outrageous the company are no more than crooks.

ZERO STAR RATING!!

So I received a parking fine notice from these scammers! That’s right SCAMMERS! These people are conning people with false fines and there will some vulnerable people paying them without investigating. These should be closed down permanently. I appealed and won as they didn’t have enough evidence to back up their false fine. Wasted my time gathering all the information to support my appeal waste of space. REPORT THESE FOR FALSE FINES!!! Should be ashamed of themselves!!!!’n

Phone up to appeal a parking fine at billbrough services in a coach basically got tough pay it its only 60 pound you obviously can afford it what a nob head giving customers to billbrough services never again
