I had a really good case manager called Allison contact me after I emailed them. She spent a good deal of time getting all the information down, didn't make me feel useless or judged me. She was extremely supportive and listed off all my options, the pros and cons and I didn't feel under any pressure.
Thanks to Allison's help. She was able to unscramble all the mess and put it into neat options. Definitely recommend this company and I hope Allison's (last name unknown but she has a Scottish accent) boss sees this and her good work is recognised.

After a few calls and helpful, sympathetic conversations I was able to get to grips with where I was heading with the situation and reassurance that I wasn’t alone. A future seems more workable.

Please be assured that I’m writing this from personal experience and this isn’t a scripted/bot review. Like a lot of people on here I found myself with credit card debts and loans which ended up snowballing to the point where it was having a seriously negative impact on my mental health and my overall way of living. I was paying back just shy of £500 to numerous creditors and found myself at rock bottom and too embarrassed to tell anyone.

I finally realised that if I didn’t get help I was going to end up in a much worse situation. I got hold of UK Debt Expert and was put through to Allison, who became my account manager during the process. I cannot begin to thank her enough for the help she provided from our very first conversation through to me having my IVA approved (about 3 weeks). She made sure I understood every single step of the process and also offered her own advice without pressuring me to make certain decisions. She was also available what seemed like 24/7 (I’m sure she never stops working!) to answer any questions or queries I had and always replied with absolute professionalism and accurate, helpful details. My IVA plan was approved yesterday, meaning from May onwards I am going to be financially stress free without any overdrafts or credit cards for the first time in years!
