These Drill bits are the best that i have ever had the chance to use and buy. they drill through some alloy parts recently on a Large scale Rc car , it was butter not alloy the way they drilled through , absolutely amazing

I do not normally write reviews, but I felt strongly enough about my experience with UK Drills.com that I had to share it.

I ordered a core bit costing £151.73 at 2:10pm on Thursday 14th May 2026. The website clearly stated the item was in stock and that orders placed before 3pm would qualify for next-day delivery, which should have meant delivery on Friday 15th May 2026.

However, by close of business on Monday 18th May 2026, I still had not received the item. I contacted the company to cancel the order, but the phone conversation was unprofessional and chaotic. Staff were unable to confirm whether the item had even been dispatched and advised they would call me back. I am still waiting for that callback.

Instead, I received an email stating that I would incur a 25% restocking fee, despite the fact that the order had not been delivered within the promised timeframe. Their website states that items can be returned within 7 days in their original packaging, yet there is NO MENTION OF ANY 25% RESTOCKING CHARGE!!.

I find it unacceptable that I am now being extorted for 25% due to UK Drills.com delays and failures that were entirely on their side. This situation has cost me both time and money and now distress!!. I will be invoicing UK Drills.com for our lost time and, if necessary, pursuing the matter through the small claims court.

At this stage, it is no longer about the money, but the principle. In my experience, UK Drills.com has been an extremely despicable company to deal with. If it were possible to leave zero stars, I would.

A low rating due poor product quality and in particular the wood drill bits. The 16mm drill bit was undersize and the 17mm drill bit was about 2mm out of alignment which made drilling straight holes the right size a tad difficult. On the other hand service was very good with efficient and quick delivery. I returned the items and promptly received a full refund.

Good quality drills at a reasonable price. It seems I had to buy packs of 10 in most cases when I only needed a few of varying sizes. There appears to be no option to buy less than a pack size

Despite having purchased enough to qualify for free next day delivery it took 3 working days to arrive
That wasn’t a problem but the quality of the bits was poor and had to buy more elsewhere to complete the job

Very fast service, great product and proper price, not cheap rubbish price and not eye watering price. Very happy.
