scam! don’t even bother purchasing anything from this hell hole of a website - paid extra for the figures to be delivered quicker and still nothing ! customer service is unresponsive and useless too

Seems like I have been scammed. And when I say I really I mean my 7 year old child. Ordered and no communication and certainly no product received. Disappointing, will now be asking my bank for a charge back.

Been waiting for my order since September, and good luck if you manage to get in touch with them!
They are complete rip off merchants. I’ve even tried leaving a number of negative reviews on their own website, they never show up - funny that.
There are much better companies out there. Avoid this one completely.

Avoid. You pay , they don't send what you paid for, they don't refund or answer messages. Awful , needs trading standards involved

Scam company! Avoid! If I could give minus stars I would. Placed an order beginning February. Never received my order and no response to emails or their WhatsApp chat! .avoid!!!!!

Robbing children, my 9 year old is upset that somebody has taken his money and not sent his figures.

Same story, ordered, not received. Contacted via email, text, WhatsApp and rang the number on the website. Got no response.

Don't bother with this company.

I placed my order in November but never received any updates. Despite multiple emails, I got no response. When I tried to leave a review on their Facebook and Instagram pages, I was redirected to Wix.com. Unfortunately, it seems I have been scammed. Avoid ordering from them.

Ordered 8 weeks ago now and recieved an acknowledgement email straight away. Two weeks later I try to contact them via email, a week later no responce.

At this stage I go on their website and use every contact option available. I am still yet to hear back from them and have given up on ever receiving the items.

I have now gone through my bank to get my money back and reported them to trading standards.

Please do not waste your money or time on these scamming little pricks.

This a terrible company I ordered a figure from this company and have been waiting weeks no reply from emails and have scam me try and avoid this company at all costs

I order £30 worth of minifigures from this store and they never arrived but I was charged. I emailed the company to advise of this but I have never received a response.
Avoid at all costs

Ordered £37 worth goods. Nothing delivered after 3 weeks. 6 calls to them and number unavailable each time. 10 texts to them and 10 emails. No replies.

Have contacted my bank and reported it as fraud

Terrible company, potentially a scam. I ordered several sets in Sept 2024, after several month with no delivery and no update I tried to contact them in a number of ways, all of which were unsuccessful/ignored. The website was taken down for a while, ostensibly to pause orders and catch up with the backlog, however after repeated missed deadlines and unfulfilled general promises via their Facebook page, along with hundreds of other customers who haven't received their orders I reported the transaction via my bank. Either the company is so poorly run that it cannot function, or it is a deliberate scam. Either way, suggest ordering from a more reputable company.

Ordered 21st Jan, not seen or heard anything about my order since then. No response to emails asking where my order is, nothing. Do not order from this scam site.

Ordered four apparently in stock minifigures for my grandson, nothing received after 6 weeks, no response or contact from the comoany. Will not respond to web enquiry, E-mail, phone number rings out, facebook DW ignored. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Absolutely shocking, I should have checked these reviews first. No communication available whatsoever. My email has been ignored and I have been waiting weeks and no goods received. Please avoid this company and I hope this review stops others being robbed

I'd rather be able to give a zero star rating. Almost 3 months waiting on placed order, replies on mail telling me to be patient!

Absolute rubbish, order has been overdue now for 2 months, you cannot contact them by Email, online chat, telephone or text. There is no fixed address for them and their reviews online are all the same, orders have not arrived. They have also set up an automatic Email reply service when orders are placed to give you the impression they are an active company. Avoid at all costs, this company is a SCAM

ordered from theses early last year everything went fine no issues. This year i ordered on the 1/2/25 £27 worth of figures ready for a birthday i had my email with how long delivery would be 3-5 days and my order number and on the email they said they’d update when they were shipped. They never updated anything so I checked to pop them a message…no reply i checked Facebook and their whole page is full of negative comments and their reviews on here were HORRIBLE!! they’ve turned to scammers…i messaged 5 times on the website,2 times on facebook , 1 on tiktok and also tried to phone them as theses were the only thing he wanted. I never got a reply or anything back. I want a refund or my figures i paid for this buisness has turned to horrible dirty scammers!!
