Really Simple Booking Service for a big group of us, had to add another person and was really simple, looking forward to it

Very helpful when phone to ask questions before making the booking it’s self. The booking process online was easy and got all the information needed within a short period of booking. I child can’t wait to go now.

Booking the paintballing was a breeze. I enquired and someone got back to me really quickly. They answered all of my questions and did not pressure me into anything. They were very helpful & I would book again. In terms of the paintballing- it’s for my sone 16th and hasn’t happened yet so I cannot comment. But Andrew in the customer service team has been amazing.

Polite, courteous and helpful when I rang. Didn't take long to sort everything out.

Over all the experience was ok the actual paintball game was the game.
The only issue I would say was the chap giving the instruction he spoke so fast that you couldn’t really understand him safety point right.
Further more on the start of the PM game children were aiming to ever into the live zone where masks need to be worn only at the very last moment were they spotted however could of been a very different outcome come.
A few safety measures need to be implemented along with clearer instruction from the head marshal over seeing the game

Andrew was really helpful and very quick with helping me book my session. I had trouble with some vouchers I purchased and misplaced but Andrew sorted quickly for me.

Unreal experience, came as colleagues left as enemies

Got through to Luis with a last minute group booking. Luis able to confirm availability and book us in there and then. The process was quick and painless, made easier by Luis friendly demeanor.
