Simply excellent. Exceeded expectations. I tried to find a childhood friend who seemed completely invisible on the web. Ibrahim found out why - he died in tragic circumstances many years ago. Not what... Mehr ansehen

Easy to use and a quick response

Good initial response but slow refunding of unsuccessful search.
One address of two searched for was found - advised to pay for advanced search for other person with £75 fee refunded if unsuccessful. Unsuccessful but fee was promised as a PayPal refund - eventually received the refund but it took months of sending emails to get it.

The cheaper option wasn't of any help
I didn't get any info more than what I could have found simply online, so was a waste of £5.00. I didn't try the £30 deal, so that might have been better. I didn't have much faith. Also, the person I was seeking was of German origin, though had lived in uk for 20 years, so probably more difficult to trace.

Great service
Great service. We simply wanted peace of mind about someone close who had become estranged, just to know where they were.
Very simple process and within 3 days we had the info.
Thanks Ibrahim, you have reassured an anxious family.

Didn't find them helpful all I'm afraid. I gave them every piece of information they could possibly require to ensure my search was legitimate but they just kept coming back for more. I just gave up. They may well respond to this quotating gdpr, but it was actually useless contacting them in the first place tbh.

Awful awful awful
Have asked repeatedly for the refund of £5 I was assured I would receive. They ignore ALL communications and fail to live up to their promises.
The address provided was correct and for this I'm thankful but their attitude and response are atrocious.
No I don't get any refund. PayPal haven't refunded me.

thank you for this "The address provided was correct and for this I'm thankful". bargain for £4.99 :). we tried to issue a refund but because you submitted a dispute, which you still haven't cancelled, the refund was declined by Paypal. We will let the dispute end., that way you have the address which was correct maria, and you get a full refund.
under promise over deliver
Incredible service who under promise and over deliver. We received much more info than we expected within 1 hour. I can’t recommend them enough. Ibrahim was wonderful
