Ula Surf – Poor communication and unresolved order
I am extremely disappointed with how Ula surf handled my order and communication.
I placed my order at the end of November, and it is now January — I still have not received my package, nor have I been given any clear or reliable information about what is actually happening with it. Since November, I have contacted the company multiple times via email and other platforms, but for a long time I received no response at all.
Only after I informed them that I had contacted my bank did they reply, claiming that the package had been shipped and that there were delays. However, according to the courier’s tracking system, there is no proof that the parcel was physically handed over to the carrier. I pointed this out as well, but once again received no answer.
Delays can happen, but what is unacceptable is the lack of communication and transparency. If there was an issue with the shipment, it should have been clearly communicated much earlier — not mentioned casually after several follow-ups from my side.
Overall, this experience feels very unprofessional. Customers should not have to chase a company for months just to get basic information about their order.
