Amazing product, using it daily now for a few months and seeing great results. Support is also very responsive if you ever need anything.

The doctor they sent me to prescribed me ceterizine because I am highly sensitive to foods, dyes, aromachemicals, pesticides, etc. I was really eager to start protecting my scalp from inflammation caused by these triggers. My prescription was sent to a compounding pharmacy who adulterated my prescription with harsh aromachemicals which will cause my hairline to rapidly receding even from the smell. The link ULO sent me to get in contact with my provider is broken. Seems like a scam website.

The Thickening Shampoo is the best shampoo I've ever tried handsDOWN!

I've been using their finasteride/minoxidil combo topical for the last six months, and have been seeing great results. Their customer support has been really helpful when it comes to adjusting the formulation whenever I need to. I also love their mint-scented shampoo and recommend it to everybody. I’ve been taking oral minoxidil and topical dutasteride from Ulo only for a month now but am very pleased with the results thus far. I’m not sure which product the growth is from but I’ve had absolutely no side effects from either. I will check back in a few months with an update.

Oral minoxidil has been a godsend

I’ve been using oral minoxidil since my pregnancy because I had tons of hair shedding. Not only have I seen all of those lost hairs come back, but my hair is growing way faster than before. Extremely disorganized company. They do not have a clear easy to understand program or system. I tried their service and was extremely confused about how their program worked. Took forever to receive my initial package of pills and injectable serum. I kept calling to make a payment over the phone. They could not help me or take payment. They said I will receive a payment request email. It never came, and it was not in my spam. Finally was able to make payment via their confusing poorly designed web portal. The payment process forced me to schedule another consultation with an RN , not an actual doctor. I had already had an initial consultation so I had to call to cancel that meeting. Every single phone call to this confused organization to at least 40 minutes of my time as they constantly put me on hold while who ever I was talking to had to go somewhere or get in touch with someone who knew the correct answer. What a disjointed confused time suck!!! I canceled my relationship with them because of their unprofessional poorly managed organization. It made me loose any sense of trust that they actually know what they’re doing in regards to my health. For all I know their serum was anemic or poorly designed or manufactured as well. I do not recommend this service to anyone unless you enjoy wasting your time with confused sketchy people!!
