AWFUL PLACE!!!! they stole money and when we call to talk to them they give us the run around and tell us we can't talk to the supervisor he is TO BUSY! And they will call us back and they never do! I have told everyone I know to not go to and I will keep telling them. They are rude and won't help im done with them.

I booked a porter porty through them but these guys are actually the brokers and they sent Rocket Restrooms. And they had been charging me double the price for nothing. I don't know how this is allowed but just go through the main company instead of these fraudsters.

I wish I could chose negative stars! Worst company! Charged 3 times the amount quoted! I only filled the dumpster 1/2 full. Customer service was awful! Hung up on me! DO NOT USE this company!

I would give negative if possible. I was told a dumpster wouldn’t be delivered by the time I needed so I asked for a cancellation. They agreed and said it was canceled and I would get a refund. The next morning I got a call asking where to leave the dumpster and they were at the house. I told them I was told that was canceled so they left. Ultimate Dumpsters is now refusing any type of refund and said I didn’t cancel in time even though they told me the refund was in process the day before and cancellation had been done. Now they won’t answer my calls or anything. So I got charged $600 for a dumpster that was never even delivered and they are saying I can’t get a refund. The paperwork I signed says the date of drop off would be 9/11 and I canceled on the morning of 9/9. They are saying it was not a 24 hour cancellation notice. This is the WORST experience I’ve ever had with a company.

Do not use this company! The number of complaints for this company tells the story. I was given a price and my card info was taken ovwr the phone; promised a drop-off date for dumpster, when it didnt show up they said they tried to notify me that the price went up $260! I received no dumpster last minute had to find a different company. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere there are plenty of solid dumpster companies in the area.

I rented a dumpster from Ultimate Dumpsters a couple of weeks ago. I had $485 taken out of my debit card. No problem. Then just a few days later, an additional $330.75 was taken out of my debit card. BIG PROBLEM.
I am so annoyed that I was charged the additional $330.75. I will do whatever I need to to get my money back, ASAP.
It's time to own up and give me my money back! You all are shysters; taking hard working people for granted and taking their money. That's not good business practice!!

This company does bad business. After waiting 2 days for a porta potty to be delivered I called and canceled. I was told I'd receive a refund in 3-5 business days. 3 hours after cancelation the porta potty, they showed up. I informed the driver that I had already canceled so he left. The rental was for 1 week and showed up two days late after it was cancelled. When I called to check on my refund they said per their policy I canceled within a 24 hour period of service. Even though this was over 36 hours after the delivery date. They still charged me $250 for services never provided. They wouldn't even provide a partial refund. Bad business.

This company insisted that I go with them. I did not agree with the price and instead said thank you and hung up. They called me back and said we can do better on the price. So I went with them, paid my bill, signed my paperwork and was very happy...until the day it was due to arrive. I reached out asking if they had an approximate time so that we could be ready for the delivery. They text me to tell me my order had been canceled. I called and they told me there was nothing they could do because they were over booked on orders. So the Friday before my event, I am now out of a unit for my guests as well as time to even go with someone else. When I called, they had zero empathy, and basically just kept me on hold till I hung up. Terrible business. I too wish I would have known about all the bad reviews before I agreed.

It’s very easy to reach company to place the order but when the order doesn’t arrive no one answers phone and suddenly texting doesn’t work. I didn’t check all of the bad reviews before ordering and now am paying the price.

Do not get involved with this greedy company! We had some confusion about the dumpster and had to refuse the service and they will charge you full price! AND no exceptions to this rule. I am on SS and now have to payoff a bill for almost $500 and never even used their service and when I called customer service they refused to even give a partial refund. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS GREEDY COMPANY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible company, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Ordered a 30 yard dumpster, this is what I signed for in the contract. A 15 yard dumpster showed up, I wasn't given any warning of this. I was told that this was "all we had" and once it is full we will have it picked up. Well, that didn't go as planned. It took 2 days to get it picked up while I had a crew at the site that couldn't work but I had to pay anyway. Then I informed them the second dumpster was to be picked up the end of the week. 2 weeks later it is still in my driveway and they are trying to charge me another $400 when I already paid the contracted price of $500, 2 weeks ago. Now I am being told they will not remove the dumpster until I pay the extorted amount of $400. I've already filed a report that with the local police stating that this dumpster has been abandoned on my property. I wish I could give negative stars.

Placing my order was easy. The delivery was on time and same as pick up. Cost was less than other companies.and was all inclusive.

Scam brokerage company. They don’t have their own dumpsters. They just call other dumpsters companies and try and negotiate while you wait around. They make you wait for 20+ mins and then hang up on you.

What initially attracted me to this company was that I was promised same day delivery and low prices. But that’s not what I got. The representative promised that the 30 yard open top that I ordered would be delivered same day. The customer service representative was impatient with me and kept asking for my credit card. After I gave them the card number, he hung up and didn’t give me an eta. I got a text message the next morning saying the truck broke down and that they were going to come tomorrow. I called them back asking for an ETA and they said they could not provide that for me. They hung up on me multiple times, didn’t offer me any refund (after I spent $595 on a bin I never received)

PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.
