My 1year and one week old Dell Precision 3530 laptop suddenly stopped working. A local PC repair company told me the laptop was unfixable. After a delay in receiving an engineer's report I contacted the Solihull Computer Shop. After explaining the situation to the IT specialist he convinced me that he could fix the laptop. He did. Good as new with no loss of data. His explanation showed a depth of specialist knowledge that was impressive. His customer service and price was pretty impressive too. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Scott has been sorting out my families computer issues over the years He is honest and straightforward and can be relied upon to put his needs customers first, he always has a solution both with software and hardware.
Today I have made a mistake resulting in 400 photos and movies being displayed on my desktop that I could not remove and it had caused my computer to keep crashing. Scott fixed this in minutes remotely.
He is now my only computer go to guy.

I was looking to replace my 12 year old desk top computer. Not being a computer nurd I contacted UltraCore (Scott) and discussed what I wanted to achieve with a new machine and what I thought I needed. He recommended a machine to meet my requirements and within my budget. He also transferred all the data from the old machine onto the new one and I was soon back up and running.

Our printer had failed so I contacted Scott . He advised me that I needed a replacement. I ordered from their website at 2.00pm and the new printer arrived 3 hours later.
That's what I call service!
