So here goes the story. Bought a 10ah LifePO4 from B&Q and was told it will be shipped directly from Ultramax. TL;DR: NEVER GOT THE BATTERY. Ordered it 3rd April, with arrival estimate of 7-8 April. Phoned them up on 7th, was told the had a backlog and it should be shipped on the day, phoned again on 8th, was told they had a backlog and definitely will be shipped on 8th and will be with me on 9th. Come 9th April, battery never arrives, phone them up and was told “WE HAD A BACKLOG AND WE WILL AIM TO SHIP THE ITEM TODAY”. So at this point I just cancelled the order. Looked up ECO-Worthy and 20Ah was cheaper than the 10Ah from Ultramax with their welcome deal, ordered it from eco-worthy on 10th April and battery arrived 14th April. So DO NOT RECOMMEND ULTRAMAX, GO WITH OTHER OPTIONS.

Ordered motorcycle battery, arrived really quickly. In a senior moment I had ordered two of the same 🫩. Returned the unwanted one easily, with home collection. Great experience and will definitely use Ultramax again in the future.

These Batteries are fantastic.
I purchased one of these Ultramax batteries 22 October 2021 and today is 20 March 2025 and the battery has now died on me.

This is my 4th battery from this company. It arrived quickly as usual. I use the batteries to power the pump in a window cleaning (pole system) trolley, and they last 1 year approx, which is great considering how often I turn the pump on and off a day (up to 40 times). I charge the battery every night, and it can be relied on to give me a full days work.

I bought two batteries with this company, I contacted them by email asking how to use the warranty of the battery because the battery broke/stop working, after 2 weeks they replied, I sent one battery, they said 4 weeks maximum they would send it back, after one week I sent the battery the other battery stopped working, I contacted them, and they said, send it to us too.

After 7 weeks they didn’t send my battery back, and said they lost one of my battery, and asked me contact Royal Mail to get a claim, however I said to them that someone signed from the company, I had a proof. After 3 days they said they found the battery but they could not replace because was out of warranty, but I gave all the information before to send it to them. And they said they would replace.

After 8 weeks, they sent me two batteries back and missing the power supply that I sent to them.
Now I can’t charge my battery and they don’t reply me.

It’s really bad contact with this company.
