I ORDERED A VALENTINE GIFT - A SMALL POUCH WITH ADDED NOTES AS THE GIFT. I NEVER RECEIVED IT AND THEY CONTINUE TO TELL ME THAT I DID AND TO SEARCH FOR IT. THEY NEVER SENT A PICTURE OF THE DELIVERY AND IT'S AN OUT AND OUT LIE. I ASKED FOR A REFUND AND THEY CONTINUE TO IGNORE ME - JUST TELLING ME TO SEARCH FOR MY DELIVERY.

I ordered a Valentine’s gift for my husband based on an advertisement showing a nice decorative box with 60 cards for writing personal messages. What I received was a tiny bracelet sized box containing very small cardboard pieces and tiny red heart stickers. You can barely write one or two words on each piece. The entire item looks like it would cost a couple of dollars at a dollar store.

Shipping took almost three weeks. I paid $29.99 and requested a refund, but the company requires me to pay return shipping and says they will decide whether to approve the refund after inspection. This was a complete letdown and felt very misleading. I do not recommend purchasing from this company.

I purchased a 360° Adjustable Vacuum Magnetic Phone Holder × 1 from Unanimousagee. I agreed to the purchase price of $41.02 at checkout; my credit card was charged $53.33. I have attempted to get a refund multiple times. Their last response was “We apologize for the issues that prevented the refund process.
Unfortunately, a notification “You can not refund this type of transaction” popped up when we issued the refund.
Please don’t worry, we are trying to reissue the refund. We appreciate your kind understanding and patience.

First of all, they added an extra $9.00 tax AFTER I placed my order. I contacted them and they said they would deduct it, but never did. When the top arrived, it was not a stretchy blend as advertised, but a cheap, thin flannel. I am usually a 1XL, but I ordered a 2XL. The shirt is more like a large, I can’t get my shoulders and arms in it.

I wrote them asking for a refund, but they made me send them a picture of the top, the label on the outside package, and the UPC code, and asked me what “quality” issues I had. Haven’t heard back from them.

Buyer beware!

Horrible customer service. My package never arrived, they continue to gaslight me telling me that it did and either my neighbors or post office must have -- which i have told them multiple times is not the case. The carrier did not send a pic or proof of delivery, and the company would not give me the carrier's contact info. Total scam company, unethical and hostile customer service. AVOID.

Ordered flowers over a month ago and still have not received. Credit card dispute filed and still nothing

I placed an order for a phone case a month ago. It is STILL not here. I tracked the package and for 2 weeks is says it is in Italy awaiting customs clearance. I emailed the company and asked for a refund due to it taking so long & wondering if the order is legit. They responded with apology & tracking update that now just shows being shipped to the US.
I don’t recommend ordering ANYTHING not only from this company but from NO company outside of the US & who only has a email address for contact

I bought 4 specialty light bulbs from them. It took several weeks for delivery, but they finally showed up at my door. Tested all 4 of them - 3 of them work, and 1 does not. I sent their customer service an email with the order number and asked for a replacement. They responded with a request for the QR code from the box and a copy of the waybill to, "help troubleshoot the issue." Troubleshoot? It's a light bulb. Either it works or it doesn't. When 3 of them work in my lamp and one does not, the issue is obvious. So, I provided them with the requested info and it took about a week to get a reply. Now they want a video showing the issue. What?!? They want a video showing a light bulb that doesn't work. It's obvious that they are trying to avoid their responsibility of simply sending a replacement by making all of these ridiculous demands to help, "troubleshoot the issue." I'll play their game because, at this point, it's about the principle of getting them to own up to their responsibility to a customer.

Got this casual set at a reasonable price — waiting around three weeks for delivery was a bit tedious, though. Packaging kept everything intact. Quality is decent but not outstanding. Faster shipping and slightly better fabric would improve the overall experience.
