What a great company, after trying to source my oven/microwave cooker from NEFF which they couldn't supply as there was no stock available. They put me in touch with this company which managed to find one for me, i first looked on the internet & it was showing stock but just to be on the safe side i dropped Adam a call & after a couple of hours he called me back saying he'd found one, he then got it out to me with Simmonds courier’s within the week what great service. What a great company if your not sure what you want or if its not in stock just drop him call and he will give you time & advise then try & source your product for you. Thanks Adam one happy customer…!!!

Adam went above and beyond to secure stock for me, by my deadline, despite it being hard to procure. Shipments very well packaged, and I was kept informed of progress.

Ordered a bath for £2000, two months later, after dozens of emails and phone calls, I have heard nothing back, no update on the order, no response to my request for a refund. I have now had to take the company to small claims court to return my funds - I have never had such a terrible customer experience. I would strongly urge you to avoid this company. They advertise products that do not exist, take your money and hold onto it for as long as possible, presumably to invest it or earn interest on it. There are hundred of similar reviews of this company across the web - I have reported them to trading standards.

I had a new shower fitted. They did a great job.and I would definitely recommend them

Really good service, couldn’t recommend more. Tiles look incredible and customer care was amazing. Had a call straight away after purchasing saying they would be delivered by the next day. Adam continued to check in until the tiles were delivered-couldn’t ask for a better service and at such a good price, thank you!

I ordered an item in June. The money was taken immediately. I don’t have the goods. Since that date I have sent several e mails and made 4 phone calls. Three went to answer machine. On one occasion a girl answered “Hello”. When I asked if this was Unbearable Bathrooms she said yes but said no one was in the office but they would call the next day. No call back.

I have now had to complete a chargeback request with my bank due to no communication at all since purchase.

The reviews seem very mixed. Some people praising this company (Adam) for helping to source out of stock items. Some people experiencing similar to me. No communication and no delivery of goods paid for.

My order took almost 2 weeks to arrive but I am very pleased with the product and price I paid. Communication is an issue but they are a legit company. The trustpilot reviews I spotted when chasing my order got me a bit panicked but are unfair in my opinion. Once I got through to Adam in the phone he was professional and efficient. Perhaps as a society we have become too accustomed to the Amazon prime mentality of getting inferior stuff delivered straight away… Happy to recommend Unbeatable bathrooms but don’t expect miracles.

I ordered some parts several weeks ago but never received it. The email address they provided does not exist and it seems mostly like a scam company.

AVOID!! They do not care about refunds! I ordered a part from Unbeatable but it was the wrong size. I have followed their advice about contacting them to return the item and process a refund. After three attempts I haven’t heard anything from them, completely ignored. After 3 weeks!

I’m wondering if I will hear from them, however, this is where trading standards must intervene and I will probably need to take further action. My advice: do not buy from this company!

The website was easy to navigate and easy to find what I was after, the part was dispatched quickly but unfortunately the courier was less than spectacular but Adam from Unbeatable bathrooms was speedy to rectify the issue, part arrived as described. Great service and coms.

We needed a replacement bath and side panel after a shower screen collapsed and badly damaged ours. Needless to say, it’s now discontinued, which posed a major problem as it fits into a restricted space. We were advised to try unbeatable bathrooms having done first class work for some friends.
Needless to say, they located one and it was delivered to us within two days.
I’d suggest trying them for all your bathroom requirements!

Extremely helpful sourcing some discontinued flooring.
Somehow Adam managed to find the only 2 remaining boxes in the UK. All this done dispute not taking the sale himself.
I would definitely consider for any future work that can be sent their way.

This about the importance of managing expectations. The tiles I order wouldn't have been available by when I needed them. I got a very polite and and friendly call from the owner explaining it to me and asking if I'd prefer a refund. We agreed on a refund and had a really nice chat. It allowed me to make informed decisions about what tiles to get.

I ordered one part from them and it's taken over two weeks and, alas, I have no part.

The service is very poor for several reasons:

1. There is no reliable way to check on your order or if it has been sent.
2. They send things untracked, which is very unhelpful.
3. They claim to have sent the item, but I have no way of knowing as there is no Royal Mail tracking number.

It takes forever for them to get back to you, and I don't have great confidence in ever getting that little plastic part. They claim the part's been delivered, but that's based only on the fact that they say they've sent it and nothing else.

Ive found Unbeatable bathrooms very easy to deal with with good communication from them and i will buy from them again.

Ordered items Thursday midday and all arrived less the 24 hours later, price was also the best online, can't really as for more.

It’s such a shame for the bad reviews. I urge people to give Adam another try.
We had a problem with a toilet purchased last year and Adam helped us despite the time passed.

Yes it isn’t always easy to get hold of him instantly but he will get back to you and you can tell that he hates to let anybody down. By the sounds of it, he has gone through a difficult time and he’s trying hard to turn things around so please give him another chance, I don’t think you’ll regret it. I have recently had a problem with a toilet I purchased last year
I have health issues and Adam was absolutely fantastic, he could quite easily have fobbed me off and not given a damn but he sorted it out with the manufacturer for me.
He genuinely cares about his customers and wants to do his best by them.
The customer service doesn’t end when the bathroom is fitted, and he has taken your money He will do his best to help you afterwards which is so rare this days.
Thank you Adam, when I move house, you will be my first choice for a new bathroom.

Adam went out of his way to locate discontinued tiles for us. He gave us regular updates on the delivery. He was kind, polite and hard working. We will definitely use him again
