Delivered on time and received a bunch of good items from their heavenly mix box. Received a good collection of clothes and parcels. Would definitely buy from them again. Totally worth the unboxing experience.

So this is unfair to unboxing heaven. But DPD lied about me being out and not delivering when I was actually talking to another delivery driver outside my building at the time and no other delivery drivers in sight. Then promised to delivery it later that day and didn't then next day left it in unsecured areas under a sign saying in was a unsecure area and when I finally saw it it was opened. I had ten packages inside so I don't think anything was taken. Will not re order while you have dpd as your couriers so apologise to unboxing heaven but this time it wasn't a good experience

Great box! Hundreds of pounds worth of parcels

The box arrived the next day which was amazing. The contents I was less impressed with, I know it’s pot luck but one package was 7 tracksuits in XXL clearly from Temu or similar. I specifically didn’t pick the Temu box and was hoping for better quality items but I suppose that’s the gamble, although the description said UK suppliers for the Heavenly Box. May try the smaller box next time.

Don’t bother get a lighter and burn 🔥 what ever money your spending it be more fun than this box of 💩

First of all it’s very exciting getting the big box, not knowing what’s inside. Yeah there were some gimmicks in there but also some good branded clothes, most of them were too small so I’ve given some away and putting the rest on Vinted. I had about 10 parcels in the box some were wrapped in unboxing heaven wrapping and the rest were unclaimed mail, mostly returns. I have ordered another box , can’t wait

Can't fault the despatch and delivery. However the contents were extremely strange! A blood pressure monitor - as yet untested. A chargeable portable blender device that takes capsules that are no longer made as the company appears to have gone out of business, three extremely "fragrant" garments - one is in the bin as the zip does not work. A few Shein tops and some other assorted Temu tat, including two extremely dangerous knives! Don't think I will be purchasing again - sorry.
I have not contacted the company - but perhaps feel that I should - the blender is a big disappointment - if it could be used I would have been more happy.

We didn’t know what to expect (thought we would do this for a bit of fun) and was very pleasantly surprised with what we received. This is also good if you want to give as birthday/Christmas present and have fun watching your loved ones open and see what treasures await inside. No concerns with delivery etc. Would definitely recommend

I get your unclaimed parcels often ,I have now tried the 5 temu medium packages. Well i didn’t think it could get any better but it does.

Believe me just try it once , if you don’t like it do t get any more BUT you will absolutely love it. I can’t wait till Thursday morning to put my next order in

Good delivery but load of cheap (chinese site)rubbish.
Definitely not worth the money. They say it's part undelivered mail but a lot of the packages were sealed with their own tape, so they decide to pop some random unsold stock into the mix, clothes etc. There certainly was SOME undelivered mail Which was from the most well known Chinese cheap site, honestly nothing worth keeping. It's absolutely your own choice to purchase but i'd suggest you save your cash! Just my opinion.
Edit to clarify: Not solely unreturned mail, mix of items as my review states.

I recently purchased one of the Temu mystery parcels and honestly had a lot of fun opening it. The surprise element made the whole experience enjoyable, and there was a good variety of items inside.

A few of the products were actually quite useful, and I even found some items that I could potentially resell. Overall, it felt like good value for the price and definitely made for an interesting unboxing experience. I’d happily try another one in the future.

The box was so big I struggled to lift it into the house, when i opened it it was to the top, got some great stuff that I have kept and given away to family, i haven’t stopped taking about it, i will definitely get another one

Extremely disappointing. The contents cheaply made and not reflective of the price paid. I would not purchase again.

Received a good selection of branded clothing, all in good physical condition (although some in need of a wash which they would get anyway). I received 5 dresses - 1 x Hobbs, 1 x Ted Baker, 2 x Monsoon and 1 x Phase 8. I think 2 of them are likely to fit me which out of a 'mystery box' of 5 dresses isn't too bad. The remainder will be either gifted to family members or sold on. After reading reviews I had a bit of buyers regret on placing my order but pleased with the items received! I possibly wouldn't order again, for the same outlay I could go charity shop hunting and get 5 or more items that would fit and be to my taste but that is the 'excitement' about a mystery box isn't it.....

Placed an order to give it a try and really didn't expect a North Face Jacket in mint condition in the clothing box, such a nice surprise and other items were also good. It's worth it for me to resell. Normally I never write reviews but was very pleased with the purchase and the service. Box delivered next day and also responded quickly to my queries. Overall 5 star experience.
