Still waiting for my packet order from 4 month back still no where to be see.

Worst online experience ever. I ordered a bulk order and after a few days they told me they didn't have it in stock and would have it sent direct from the manufacturer. After waiting about two weeks, they told me that the manufacturer had it on extended back order and couldn't give me any information on how long it would take, and asked if I would like to cancel the order.

I canceled and bought from the manufacturer, who sent it without delay, and at 75 percent the cost. When a store lists a product they don't have it is their responsibility to have it in stock, and if they don't, they need to make it happen even if they lose money on the sale. The product I asked for is a leading brand that you can get at any drugstore. If they wanted to make it right they could have. Their customer service team gave canned responses and didn't even seem to read my emails. Horrid. Its clear from the reviews on this site that undercover condoms is unreliable and doesn't care about their customers. They wasted 2 weeks, and had zero interest in making it right.

Very bad attitude of their customer service. NO more order from them. They will trade you as stupid people after you made an order from them.

My question is regarding customs fee, You could not find any word from their website. When I contact their customer agent from the live chat. They use very bad attitude to answer me is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.

I have previously used UCC on various occasions so when a package from them didn’t arrive I emailed in to query it. They insisted it had been sent, then cancelled the order and refunded the money. I ordered again lately and this time they flatly refused to complete the order - in essence blaming me for the package going missing. They would NOT send the item out even though I had paid, and would not budge. I eventually just cancelled - they would not make any reparatory gestiure at all. All the ‘have a nice day’ jollity in the world doesn’t make up for this ridiculous experience. Very seriously NOT recommended. Avoid them at all costs.

Shipment took way too long. Eventually, package has arrived, but in very bad condition. It looks like it was crushed on delivery and I can't be sure they are not damaged, so they thrown to trash. Don't waste your time.

I got my items in a timely fashion and the packaging came in regular brown packaging, unlike some of the gaudy, loud packages that some condoms might come in. The product was without defect and I loved it. I used it for sex.
