A great family run company
Just had my understairs unit fitted a couple of days ago and I’m delighted. I initially booked with another company but didn’t feel they were answering my questions adequately and then when I found out they were only primed and I would have to paint them all myself I cancelled. I found the ad for Giobella and from the moment Nick arrived to measure up with a sample of the doors I’d asked for online showed me the quality and how it was made I knew I had made the right choice. It was a bonus to find out it was the same price as my quote from the first company and no painting from me! My fitter Adam arrived on the date we agreed and was so quiet and professional I forgot he was there. The work he did was impeccable and he cleaned everything up even my drive outside where he had been working so that left me nothing to do but admire my new installation. I would highly recommend this family run company if you’re thinking of having understairs storage professional standards from your first phone call to the finished result.

Paul was a true professional who clearly takes pride in the quality of his work, tidied up once he had finished and even checked the drive to make sure that no screws or nails had been dropped. 10/10 service and standards!
We had a fantastic experience using Giobella, we had under stair storage fitted a few months ago which is brilliant. We then requested a bespoke floor to ceiling cupboard to hide the fuse box in the same material. Tony was fantastic and really helped us out with what we needed. Adam came to fit yesterday and we are thrilled with the result. Adam was lovely and professional and really took pride in his work. He went above and beyond to create the perfect outcome for us and we have been really impressed by the whole professionalism and dedication the team at Giobella have.
We would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone!

Great service and great product
Adam has just finished fitting our under stairs storage and has done a fantastic job. He checked how we wanted certain things fitted at the outset (the height and width of the cupboard shelf). Adam's work was first class and the finished cupboards look great. I was also impressed with Tony at the Chorley showroom. Tony talked us through a variety of options for the space, andproduced a Cad image of the design and finish. We had a good chat about internal fittings for the drawers and cupboards, which Tony confirmed when he came round to measure up. The materials are of a very high quality and everything works just as it should. The timetable was fully explained and everything was confirmed a couple of days before the agreed fitting date. I would thoroughly recommend the company.

We have recently had our Understairs configured with 3 drawers. 2 for shoes and a deep one for bags.
We also had shelves put in a storage cupboard also under the stairs. Paul and Gary did a sterling job and a pleasure to have in my property.
The workmanship was excellent they came when they said they would. Their work was excellent. They cleaned up after themselves. Very professional and skilled. High standards and excellent quality.

Excellent service from first contact with Tony in the Chorley showroom to final installation.
We managed to squeeze in the six drawer unit and keep our walk in cupboard which has now rationalised our storage options and freed up the hallway.
Big shout out to Adam our fitter who took time to get the installation perfect and to out complete satisfaction.

After thinking about needing more storage for a while, we heard about Giobella from family who had used the company and had been really impressed.

We contacted Giobella to install our understairs cupboards. From start to finish we found all staff to be polite and accommodating. Tony quoted us for the work and explained everything fully and communicated well throughout the whole process. Paul, who worked on the installation was great, he was a very tidy and meticulous worker, and had good suggestions for any slight difficulties. He cleaned up well each day after finishing. The product itself is high quality and sturdy. We picked the Urban range in Sage Green and it looks lovely. We have no hesitation in recommending Giobella.
