After reviewing your order, we can see that the original item (CK856CGKT XL) was unavailable, so it was replaced with CK856CGKT 2X. The replacement item is currently on clearance for $11.65, and that is the price that was charged for it. At this time, we were unable to locate a recent order showing a scrub top priced at $30.

The product page for the WhisperLite Women’s Eris 5-Pocket Zip Front Adjustable Waist Scrub Jacket describes the jacket as having five pockets total: two large handwarmer pockets, one phone pocket, one small items pocket, and one small zippered sleeve pocket. We also want to mention that according to our return policy, embroidered items are normally not eligible for return or refund, since they are customized specifically for the customer.

We’re truly sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the quality of the scrubs you received. We understand how frustrating it can be when a product you’ve trusted and purchased for years doesn’t meet your expectations, and we sincerely apologize for the experience this caused.

We also understand your concern regarding the return. Your package was received at our facility on March 2nd. Returns are processed in the order they are received, and once they arrive it can take an additional 2–3 business days for them to be opened, inspected, and fully processed in our system.

We appreciate your patience while this was being completed. Your refund has now been processed in the amount of $117.37. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5 to 10 business days for you to see the refund.
