I cannot make a review on my purchase…

I cannot make a review on my purchase history i guess the reviews there are fake. I’m very disappointed with my order from Uniform Advantage. I received it today and the sizing is completely off — the item is way too big. The fabric is also very thin, and the top part of the pants is a different shade of blue, which makes the uniform look mismatched and unprofessional.

For the price, I expected much better quality and consistency. Unfortunately, this was not a good experience.

I received the wrong order and after I brought it to the attention of the customer relations they were very helpful and send me on my correct order straight away so I will definitely be shopping with them again

They do not refund your money if you return thier products

I ordered 2 lab coats, didn't like thier quality and so returned them .. the website says 45 days window to return items . I returned my items in 4 days of receiving it . They didn't refund me my money ... they are fraud people ..it has been over a month now of returning thier products ... even at paypal they lie and won the case which is well against return policy.. never buying from them again

Great customer service

Great customer service! I noticed a tear in my scrub pants the very first time I wore them. Contacted the company and they replaced them right away. Very quick to reply to my concerns. Couldn't ask for better service!

Terrible shipping time

I ordered my uniforms from you guys back in December and have yet to receive a tracking number or any updates on them. Every time I try to reach out and ask what is going on, I’m greeted with the same generated message. I’m highly disappointed in the fact that it’s been over a month and I haven’t received any updates. I thought I was doing a good thing by ordering these scrubs before my start date but now I am actually starting on my job and I am unprepared because you guys have not sent me my uniform yet. I am highly disappointed and if I ever do get this order, I will not be ordering from here again.

Poor Customer Service

I ordered my first pair of maternity scrubs and the sizing chart was inaccurate for size medium. When I received the order it could have fit 2 of me inside the pants/top. I returned the items and had to pay for my own return shipping label which was $15. Customer service would not reimburse me for the label. Poor customer service in my opinion.

Made life easy

Uniform Advantage is our Go-to

Every time my son needs scrubs, we always use Uniform Advantage. The selection is great - so many vendors with so many options. It's vrey easy to find what you are looking for, the site is very easy to use. Ordering and tracking are spot on and I've never had an issue with any shipments.
