Upon reviewing your order, we can see that the return shipping cost was higher than the price of the pants, this is why you did not receive a refund, please note that return costs can be higher and these are shown then processing the return through our website.

As a one time courtesy and as a token of appreciation, we have processed the missing half of the refund for € 11.56, please note that the other half for € 19.44 was processed on May 22nd, so you will be receiving two separate refunds for the total of € 31.00. Please allow from 5 to 10 business days for this refund.
