What made my experience great was the speed and professionalism of the warranty service. After I contacted the company, they responded quickly and organised for someone to pick up my welder directly from my place, which was very convenient.
The repair was completed in less than 24 hours, which is impressive and shows they understand how important it is for tradespeople to minimise downtime. Communication throughout the process was clear, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional.
What the company does well is customer support. They stand behind their product, honour their warranty without hassle, and provide fast, reliable service. That level of after-sales support is something I really value, especially after more than 20 years working in the industry.

I had a problem about not being able to get the clamp on the back of the welder. I asked about a different clamp. Can use it. Problem solved.

Necessary information on the CNC port is not provided in the documentation. As the CNC port was a sales point and a factor in my purchase decision, this did not make for a good out of box experience.
I reached out to UNIMIG and Sarah from customer support was quick to provide a pinout diagram and arrange for their service technician to further assist.
I hadn't received a follow-up on the remaining technical questions, so after 24 hours passed, I prompted Sarah to check on the status. Following this, Petros, the service technician, responded promptly. Petros, was apologetic for the delay and provided all the information I needed.
Sarah also seems to have taken my feedback on customer expectations and overall experience constructively. UNIMIG support has been professional, knowledgeable and helpful; on the support side of things I rate UNIMIG highly.
I would have liked to see either a standard aviation connector used for the CNC port, or a matching plug and cable included, as the correct plug alone appears to cost over $50.
I have not yet tested the machine, but aside from the documentation issue, everything now appears ready to go.
Overall, if the machine performs as expected, I will be satisfied. I think it looks like a good product for its price point and should meet my needs for a DIY CNC plasma table.
