This is a great shop large selection of jeans and other items of men’s clothing. Staff are very friendly and really informative. Would recommend a visit if you are in Newcastle. Important we support independent shops like this.

Fastest I have ever received an item. I ordered online at about 3.30pm yesterday and the parcel was with my by 9.30am the next day, outstanding thanks very much!

Bought a pair of gloves and a tshirt on sale, got them the next day. Great service and products, always nice to support a local Newcastle store! Will def pop in next time I’m in the city

Ik had twee t-shirts besteld van By Parra, maar helaas bleek door een fout dat één shirt niet meer op voorraad was. Ik ben vriendelijk geholpen en ik heb een compensatie ontvangen.

Door het brede assortiment en de goede klantenservice is het aan te raden om bij dit bedrijf kleding te bestelling.

Love this store…. Great selection of quality brands. Bought a few items having tried on for size. Travelled back home to the Midlands before noticing a manufacturing fault on a shirt… I hadn’t noticed it in the store. Contacted Union via the website, they immediately apologised requesting I return the item to them. They contacted me 2 days later to acknowledge receipt and Geoff immediately refunded my account together with (more than) the cost of postage of the item back to them.
Will be back next time I’m in the North East.

Got some Carhartt trousers for a good price. I got free next day delivery. I ordered at about 12pm and it was delivered the next day at 8am. Great product, exactly as described. Nothing to fault!

I've made two first-time and recent purchases from Union Clothing (Vetra & Kleman) and the service has been very good. A telephone call for advice on sizing was answered with helpful, friendly advice and despatch of both items was prompt, with no problems encountered with delivery. Based on my experience, I would recommend them.

Great shop, great customer service, terrible delivery service.
Why they are using DPD I will never know, all the complaints have been about the delivery and not about the actual shop.
Avoid if you want your items on time.

Ordered 3 shirts online, only received 2, charged for 3. I have tried multiple times to reach out to them with no response. Not sure where else to turn.

In my quest to find a leather jacket bought one from Union got a good discount plus a new customer discount - great stuff.

Arrived quickly, sadly it was not the jacket for me so it was returned - refund sorted quickly I will return.

Would give 1 star if that was an option. Maybe this company is run by a 12 year old from their bedroom. No disrespect to 12 years olds! Poor stock. Ordered an item, order cancelled within 5 minutes stating that I'd cancelled it. No stock now. Why cant e-commerce sites keep up with their stock situation. Lame company

I ordered a coat from this site more than 2 weeks ago. No sign of it being delivered and no response from the company to emails other than a standard "we'll get back to you" holding email. I would not use again.

Simply the best clothing store around. Excellent selection and unrivalled customer service. Delivery and communication is always prompt and helpful. Can't recommend enough.

Excellent customer service, fantastic range of quality clothing and not massively overpriced like some at the other 'End'.
When there was a mistake on my online order, the guys were quick to call and sort everything out. Wouldn't get that at a chain store.

Amazing customer service and delivery was fast and reliable even with the current circumstances. product came perfectly wrapped and protected with cool recycled brown paper bag with awesome stickers!! I returned my item as it didn't fit properly but the returns was so easy and fast with the money back in my account very fast. would and will buy from again can highly recommend to anyone :)

Truly amazing service. Great selection of items and well packaged when shipped. I'm located in the USA and my item arrived in 2 days! It takes longer for items to arrive that are just a few states away in the same country. Truly impressive, especially considering that we're in a pandemic. Will be purchasing from them again. Highly recommended!
