Great communication at every step
I wanted a celebration flag for our bowling club for 100 years. The service was excellent with lots of clarification of our needs and sample fabrics sent. The quality of the flag is a firm and durable material printed on both sides. Communications were speedy, and answered with clarity.

Outstanding service & craftsmanship from The Union Flag Company
From my initial online enquiry through to speaking with Graham in the sales office, I received truly excellent customer service. Every effort was made to support me throughout the process, and it was clear that this is a company that genuinely cares about both its customers and the quality of its products.
Graham took the time to explain the different pricing options clearly and thoroughly, offering honest advice about what would work best for the country and weather conditions the flag would be used in. He helped guide me towards the most suitable option, not just the most expensive one, which I really appreciated.
They even arranged for the bespoke, custom-sewn flag to arrive in time for Christmas, and we could not have been happier with the end result — the quality is exceptional.
If you want a company that truly puts the customer first and produces a high-end, beautifully crafted product, I would not hesitate to recommend The Union Flag Company.

Expert advice
I needed expert advice regarding the replacement of a 6m aluminium flagpole. Google and an AI search thankfully led me to Graham at Union Flag Co, who was simply brilliant. Graham patiently walked me through the many aspects of choosing and buying a new flagpole (and there are many considerations!) and the necessary accessories. Graham even offered to courier the 6m flagpole I needed saying distance to the Scottish borders was not an issue, though I had visions of my postman struggling to get it though my letterbox. Thank goodness for expert advice!
I highly recommend the Union Flag Co to you for the best 5 star service.
