I would give -10 but it doesn't allow it, one star is still to much. They only allow one form of payment, from your bank. If im making the credit card payment it shouldn't matter what form of payment... Mehr ansehen

Because UPM is a broker I did not deal with the mortgage company directly, which was ok. But the person who was helping with our martgage was very unresponsive with the title company and actually did not return calls from the title company. This was a private sale, no realtors involved so I am sure it was a little bit different, but I wish there would have been more communication on the side of UPM

Benefits? 6 months sold my loan
Refinanced in 2019 thinking I had the Union behind me with the "benefits" of a Union Mortgage. Could have gone with another lender for a bit less in fees However, I wanted to support the Union. My loan was sold 6 months later. Need to be with co. 1 year Tobe eligible for benefits. Disappointed. Was hoping to find a lender that would keep my loan for many years. Dislike being sold off and having to reset my payments, provide proof of insurance coverage, insurance payments, flood insurance, etc every 6-12 months.

As a broker we do not service loans, however the Union Plus hardship benefits continue as long as you have the mortgage you received through Union Plus Mortgage Company. It does not matter who your mortgage servicer (the company you are making your mortgage payments to) is. Reach out directly if you have a hardship issue. Union plus was overall good to work…
Union plus was overall good to work with, but communication was often difficult. I don’t really fault them though, it was in the middle of COVID and they got the job done.

Easy Refinance for a Lower Rate!
My refinance was smooth and efficient. I lowered my rate and saved about $400 per month. The people that I worked with from the Mount Laurel New Jersey office were very friendly and professional. The entire process took about less than a month from start to finish. The Notary that came to my home for closing signatures was also so very nice and professional. Thank you all so much.
