This is the second time I have used United ( formerly Smart) on both occasions they have provided me with the vehicle of my choice with the best price available. Brad Derby dealt with my latest lease and he kept me updated throughout and saw the deal through being very efficient and professional in every aspect. Fantastic company, helpful from start to finish!
Kept me updated throughout the process of leasing my car. Andrew is always so helpful and replies straight away with any queries I had.
Also, the delivery was easy and I can’t remember the name of the delivery driver who brought my car but he was so friendly, helpful and a throughly lovely man.
A great experience with this company and I love my new car!

Brad provided excellent client service from start to finish- a personable and genuinely friendly manner combined with a professional, enjoyable and commercially beneficial client experience. I was also impressed by the attention to detail and the personal ownership of managing the process of delivery of the vehicle. Not just helping me get value for money on the deal but also in appreciating that client service is still important. Highly recommended.

Smart Leasing Solutions or Manchester?
4 Directors of Smart Leasing Solutions Ltd started another company, Smart Leasing Solutions (Manchester) Ltd, in October 2019 and used the same mainline phone number. They entered into a contract with me to supply a car and charged me a fee in February 20. Three of their Directors resigned from Smart Leasing Solutions in May and since the company has not returned any enquiries of the car supposed to be supplied. On the same mainline number the Directors, including the one signed my contract, continue business in the new company, Smart Leasing Solutions (Manchester) Ltd, and claim I am not their customer.
