We have four decades of shipping container experience and knowledge, including buying and renting, maintaining and fixing, and customising and building. You’ll find our team of engineers and specialists at our container park in Greater Manchester, which is open to both trade customers and the general public. Our speciality is providing a large variety of containers for many different needs. This includes sizes from 8ft to 40ft, a range of parts and accessories, and a secure self-storage solution on our site. All our containers are ISO compliant and can be used for standard storage or completely redesigned to suit your needs.

Colin is your man
We recently visited Universal Containers not sure of what we really needed. On arrival we were greeted by the extremely helpful and friendly, Colin who immediately equipped us with new high viz jackets each and an amazing, informative site visit. Colin showed us a number of different options in all sizes and colours and we were particularly impressed with the scope of custom built as well as regular storage containers. We had so much fun and we came away as the proud owners of our first of many fabulous containers. We had the best experience and we are now planning our next purchase for our growing business. I shopped around for container quotes from a number of companies and Universal Containers was the most competitive and best value. Helpful staff and no pressure put on for a sale. I've ordered 3 containers so far and all has gone well from ordering to receiving delivery. Cole has been very helpful and has kept me up to date with the progress of my orders.
