The product was fine once it arrived - do not trust shipping times specified.
The product was fine once it arrived, but despite shipping at £4.99 stating it would take 2 - 3 days to arrive, it in fact took 12 days to arrive, with myself having to contact customer services to receive any sort of update regarding the product. It then only arrived 5 minutes before the event I had planned which was a day later than customer services had specified. Would not order from again.

Monin Mint Syrup 1000ml
The Monin Mint Syrup that I received was quite watery and thin compared to the same syrup from other retailers - was also less flavourful. So am not sure it was genuine and am concerned it might have been diluted in some way.

We understand your concern about the consistency and flavour of the syrup. We can assure you that we do not dilute any of our products, and the Monin Mint Syrup you received comes directly from the supplier.
There can be slight variations in flavour and consistency between different batches of syrup, which might explain the difference you noticed.

I ordered a repeat of monin vanilla on amazon for the same price, free delivery on the last order, I was not vigilant enough I was ordering multiple items through amazon, imagine my shock and horror to realise these scammers had inserted a £25 delivery fee, that's correct previous same order only this time with a ridiculous £25 delivery fee, I have cancelled the order but was even more incredulous that the £25 delivery removed and prime delivery included, there is obviously something very sinister going on here.
