Excellent customer service my problem was dealt with quickly and effectively. I love these products. They feel good and have a lovely effect on my skin.

All the products so far I have used are amazing. They have nice very pleasant coffee scent. Eye cream the best I ever tried.

I bought the shampoo & conditioner first as I was noticing some hair loss and struggling to find a good shampoo stripped of chemicals. I have to say I am really loving this product, it has really calmed & thickened my hair so I bought the hair oil & hair serum as well.. And I will be back to try the facial products too!!

Speedy delivery and all skin care products working really well for me - facial skin is way clearer and less iritated. Big plus that UpCircle are a B corp and working so hard to be as sustainable as possible whilst delivering products that really work.

I love these products, particularly the eye cream and the roller. The roller is so cooling on the skin and blends the cream in well. A great freshener for the eye area in the mornings. I use the serum, moisturiser and face oil and my skin loves it all. Communication with the company is good, had a slight delay with an out-of-stock product but I was kept informed throughout. I'd definitely recommend the products to anyone.

None of any cosmetics made my skin suffer 😪 When I started using #UpCircle cleanser, peptide serum with custard apple & blood orange & moisturiser, on the third day I had red patches on my cheeks . My cosmetologist suggested discontinuing it. Eventhough 1,5 weeks passed after me getting rid of all three items immediately, I still have red patches under my eyes & on eylids ,today appeared more : on my nose . It is worrying because I can not put bepanthen so close my eyes as it starts to interfere with my vision.

I was using boots vitamin c cream as I am perimenopausal and had redness and spots but it was still really dry, i saw this face cream and thought I would give it a go. It is perfect, no dryness, my skin feels soft, i now have the eye cream and the night cream, it smells lovely too.

Ordered the Full bundle and I am not disappointed. I liked every product in there. My favorites are the eye cream in less than a couple of weeks my dark circles had improved significantly and the shampoo and conditioner. Although they can in glass jars I u urial thought they wouldn’t go far must I must a little goes a long way. You only need a little shampoo to achieve a lovely lather. Would definitely recommend Upcircle!

I have tried so many different eye creams over the years and none of them have particularly made a difference. I can honestly say the Up Circle has made a noticeable difference. My undereyes appear less dark and the hollow look is very much softer. Will definitely continue with this.

I love this eye cream so when my parcel went missing I was worried about it being replaced however the customer service was excellent and sent me out a replacement th next day. 10 out of 10 customer service

I’ve been using upcircle beauty products for about 3 months and I’ve got the full skin care range now. It’s such a nice product. My skin feels clean, soft and nourished. I particularly like to face cleanser balm and the night cream. I’ve got sensitive skin and have to be careful but my skin love this. I think it’s well priced and nicely packaged. Good eco values too 👍

Found Upcircle by a surprise ad on social media, offering a discount on their peptide serum. Bought it. LOVED IT! Ive now invested in their eye cream, moisturisers and face oil. The customer service is outstanding! Fast response to an email and a swap on a product which wasn't as expected. In my 50s so fully committed to a proper ritual in facecare. Upcircle is the one for me. 100%. Never swapping. Thank goodness for the ad on insta!

I love UpCircle products so much. I have bought the pamper kit a few times for myself because the small sachets are not only great trial size products, but they make travelling for a night or two away just effortless. I really love the deodorant too - very gentle.

I got the duo pack of face oil and eye cream,and got the ceramic eye roller .
The products are nicely packaged . I really like the eye cream , it goes a long way . Despite only using a few weeks I can see less puffiness and the skin doesn't appear as dark underneath under my eyes.
I use the face oil over my moisturiser, it doesn't leave an oily finish, and gives a nice base for my foundation .
My skin looks and feels better too. Overall very happy 😊

I bought the eye cream, night cream and pamper kit after seeing it on Instagram. Very quick delivery, the recyclable glass jars are brilliant for getting every last drop of product out rather than tubes or pumps, so you know you’re doing your bit for the environment too. Loving the gentle eye cream and my skin feels so soft after using the rich night cream! Looking forward to exploring more of the range from the Pamper kit which has samples of everything.
