I sent my mini DVD tapes to Update VHS for transfer to USB stick. The ordering process was very easy, and communications with the company were very effective. The tapes and USB were returned to me within a week. I am very pleased with the service I received from Update VHS and I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

A brilliant job at an amazing price.
A brilliant job at an amazing price.. Jason at UpdateVHS was very helpful right from the start. He constantly kept in touch by email informing me what I needed to do, answering my many questions, letting me know when the old videos were received and how long the job would take, and then again when they were completed and back into the post to myself. I actually had made a mistake asking for the wrong section on one of the videos and he very kindly offered to send the correct section to me by cloud.

Reviving good times from the past
I was very pleased at the amount of care Jason took to advise and keep me in the picture of what was possible .To retrieve anything from my very old amateur Video was impressive and a challenge !
Thanks for your technical wizardry and personal attention .I will test thst further shortly when I unearth my old audiotapes and slides for possible digitalisation

VHS to thumb drive could not have been easier.
The transference of video from several VHS mini cassettes to a thumb drive was achieved simply, quickly and efficiently for a reasonable price. Polite phone contact sealed the deal.
