I recently switched to Uplisting as my Property Management System and had a terrible experience. Despite paying £600, the system lacks essential features, such as proper financial reporting. Adjusting prices is cumbersome, requiring manual discounts rather than automatic overrides. Additionally, there’s no clear way to track booking sources; manually added bookings from corporate OTAs are simply listed as Uplisting, making it difficult to manage OTA tracking. The interface is not user-friendly, and it doesn’t integrate with Agoda. The only redeeming feature is their check-in/check-out process. When I reached out to unsubscribe, I received nothing but unprofessional responses from the support team and head of sales, and they never followed up. Overall, a disappointing experience. I would advise against using this PMS.
"Terrible Software - Double Bookings Nightmare!"**
Our experience with uplisting has been nothing short of a disaster. The software consistently causes double bookings across our channels, leading to angry customers and lost revenue. We trusted this software to manage our inventory and prevent exactly these kinds of issues, but it seems incapable of even the most basic functions.
Customer support is equally disappointing—they take days to respond and offer no real solutions. This software has caused more problems than it has solved, and we are actively looking for alternatives. Avoid Uplisting at all costs if you value your business reputation.

Rarely any issues in the 2 years I've been with Uplisting, when there is an issue there is someone to talk to and get a resolution quickly. Very important in this and any business. Fair price, currently I have 1 property (hoping to expand in the future) and uplisting has a affordable option for the little guy. I will remember this and remain loyal if I do evolve into the bigger client one day and I'll plan to remain with Uplisting as long as they continue to offer great service, customer service and keep it affordable for me as a host with 1 property

Onboarding has been hard with VRBO and direct booking. the worse part is customer support, no real person, just an AI bot who cannot explain their own answers to real questions. VRBO is not integrated after 6 weeks despite speaking to their dedicated IPM specialist who made errors. Also got a new booking and for a service i pay $100 monthly i am to send the messages for guest identity and security deposits etc manually. Overrated and too expensive. and hard to get help if you need it.
Very Long Wait for Support
I was very careful about what PMS to choose, I did a lot of research and thought I was getting a company with good support. I even asked the sales person if the support had been compromised by the company being acquired by AirDNA and he said 'Not compromised'. Yet here I sit waiting for simple answers to simple questions while I onboard, like 20 hours wait times for two different messages (each one was 20 hours!) I can't go on. The FAQ are very comprehensive but the VRBO integration is absolute trash. Also, can only pay the invoice in 6 different currencies, none of which are my home currency. I think, after a almost a week of treading water, I am done. Can't recommend Uplisting.
Next day update, it took more than 24 hours to get a reply from support and me threatening to walk away. Only to find the VRBO integration a major complicated procedure with changes to commission payment structure. I am starting to disengage from Uplisting and continue to recommend a 'steer-away' strategy.
Been with them for over a year, worst customer service experience I've ever received. Do not recommend.
With so much potential and promise, Uplisting is beyond disastrous. Their on-boarding is a painstaking exercise like no other. Their customer service chat can take up to 20+ hours for a response. Believe me when I tell you this… STAY AWAY!!! You will regret it.
The customer service is practically non-existent and cant seem to get any support to get things done. Used to be good but now considering moving elsewhere.
It went from top service to no service. I had them for over a year. The service got worse and worse. They cannot control the prices as they send them in the wrong currencies. I now have problems with VRBO who demands commision of over 40% of the booking price because Uplisting made a mistake. They have promised me to provide and answer and solve issues the last 5 months now. Terrible service and they are hard to get in touch with. I guess they grew to much too fast.
I cant believe that this expensive bit of software, designed to make life easier does not recognise children as guests-meaning the incorrect number of guest are displayed and my cleaners have not been able to make up the correct number of beds. This has been 'under review' in the suggestions section for over 18 months and is very basic stuff. There is little point in having a channel manger if you then need to go onto your OTA to check the correct number of guests-its not only defeats the whole purpose but actually adds an extra link to the chain and is a sure fire way to get negative reviews for my buisness.
An amazing set of features and a collaborative development team who consistently seeks user feedback and actually puts desired features in the roadmap! Can't wait to grow with this company.

They are always really helpful and reply quickly.

Uplisting is hands-down the best property management solution for professional hosts running high quality and reliable vacation rentals. I transitioned to Uplisting a few years ago when I realized that there is nothing else that even comes close to Uplisting's feature set and incredible customer service. Uplisting has enabled me to grow my business from a handful of properties to dozens and dozens. I love that it has direct integration with credit card processors and various other property management solutions like anti-party products; API connections with Booking/VRBO/AirBnB; and a very easy to use and remarkably beautiful direct booking website. Best of all might be its integration with Google's new vacation homes booking engine. End of the day, there is nothing that even comes close and I am so supportive of Uplisting that I became an investor because I truly believe in this product.
