The customer support is genuinely the best I’ve ever experienced. They’re incredibly responsive and consistently solve issues immediately, which is something that’s often underestimated but makes a huge difference in day-to-day operations.
The platform itself runs smoothly with no issues, and on the rare occasion something comes up, it’s handled instantly. It’s also very easy to use — to the point where new team members can get started without needing much training. Highly recommend.

They have not change on how they strive to take care of their customers. Even when you ask tons of questions, they are extremely patient in answering, and reanswering them.
