Actually a good invention. Pretty nice how I can actually bench a little more and/or do more reps. I highly recommend for people that bench a lot and I even tried for incline and it works just as good. Only downside might be cleaning cuz it takes a sec to dry.

When I first ran across a video of the bench bro, I was definitely intrigued. Like many, I've experienced that annoying slide on the bench, especially during heavier sets. My initial plan was to purchase it, give it a thorough test, and likely return it if it didn't live up to the hype.
Boy, was I wrong! After just a couple of sessions, there's absolutely no way I'm sending this thing back. It has completely transformed my bench press experience. The level of secureness it provides is incredible. I no longer have to constantly fight to maintain my upper back position, allowing me to focus entirely on the lift. This newfound stability has translated directly into a more powerful and controlled press, and I genuinely feel more connected to the bench. If you're tired of slipping and want to maximize your bench press, the bench bro is a must try, you won't regret it!
